Breakfast was Good minus the Chickens hanging around waiting for something to drop or even jumping on the chairs trying to get something to eat! People need to stop feeding them maybe it won’t be so bad!

For us the only thing is the pool rules.there’s no staff managing the rules of the pool I know it’s hard to keep on track of guests that are in or around the pool.rules says no food or drinks in pool and people don’t follow rules and since there’s no one forcing the rules people are careless and drinks and food are everywhere not pleasant for the rest of us that are clean

The room is neat and beautifully decorated in serene beach motives to remind you are here for relaxation and fun. Two pools, gardens and some games around. Cute chickens walk around, which is an adorable symbol of Key West (you will find by your bed a funny free supply to help you with certain noisy locals (roosters!) - I love to wake up to their soft new day announcement, though. Included breakfast is served by the pool (not a buffet!) which will remind your on vacation, drop the diet! - when I asked how many slices to the French toast and he replied “1”, I felt robbed, but “whoa!” - that’s about a 2” slice covered in blueberry sauce, whipping cream, sprinkled with coconut cheap… goodbye diet!!!

They advertised several events on their check-in board that didn’t exist. Very disappointing.

Close to downtown with free shuttle and everything you needed to stay on resort if you wanted.

I didn't like the breakfast, there's no variety and we can't serve ourselves like in other hotels, we only have to order what's on the menu and it takes a long time for the order to arrive.

I loved how attentive and friendly the staff were. No matter the time of day the staff were there to help you the best they could. The property was very well maintained, the rooms were immaculate upon arrival.

Elevators would not respond to call buttons a couple times but the issue was resolved within minutes.

Pool was dirty, couldn’t eat breakfast in piece due to birds jumping up on seats and flying away with some of it.igunana pooping around pool area and no one cleans it up

Golf carts took up prime parking spaces. Should have a designated parking in the back for golf carts so that it’s easier for new customers to access the lobby and elevators.

Ran out of pool towels often.

Comfortable beds, good sized room for 4 adults. Relaxed resort with excellent pool / bar areas. Free bus to town. Starbucks on site.

The pool is not very clean. Could do with some daily maintenance. It’s expensive the hotel- The see view is misleading as it’s not a private balcony- to see it everyone can see in your room walking by.

A little far away from old town but a lot of great accommodations to get down there with golf carts and a bus ride. Also I was very itchy each night in bed. I didn’t Ed bed bugs but something was leaving welps on my legs.

It was so clean and decorated in an adorable way. My daughter and I thought is was perfect for our vacation. We loved the shuttle service to take us downtown and the staff was amazing. The pool are was so relaxing with lots of fun games. We played jenga by the pool area and enjoyed the ambiance.
