I don't like the fact they don't have a microwave in the room(which I think that's something you should consider), the rooms could be cleaned a little bit better. Other than that, everything was fine.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, the convenience of the location, Happy hour at the hotel. (They should consider making the area a little bigger), and rooms are a nice size.

I lost an item at the hotel emailed and called and no reply. It was an Apple watch and the location pinged at the hotel. Poor show.

The hotel room was a little old, like the chairs and curtains had stains. the carpet in the hallway is dirty. Definitely could improve the cleanliness

The hotel is right next to the beach, main streets, shops and bars. They give you beach towels, beach chairs and bikes to ride for free. Staff is nice.

That they were over booked and could not stay

Unfortunately we could not stay at the location due to them being over booked, but they did set us up at a sister property Winter Haven Hotel which was exceptionally nice

It does not look like the photos. Our room looked over a dirty alleyway and the pool is far from glamorous - very small with tired furniture. The rooms and hallways need to be renovated - rip out that old stained carpet. The a/c was very loud.

Couch in my room was scary.....beaten up leather....was afraid to sit on it. Carpets felt filthy. Kept my socks on the whole time. Room location (facing Collins) was noisy.

Just one bedlamp by the kingsize bed. Avoid bar. Service took ages to arrive, then we got the worst prepared drinks ever (Mojito, Tequila Sunrise). The barman needs some training. Snacks (Chicken Wings, Bluemoon Burger) okay.

Good location im Miami Beach Art Deco district and close to the beach. Housed in an attractive Art Deco building. Room of a good size with enough storage space, with several drawers. Comfortable bed. Empty fridge. Shower in bathroom works well. Toiletries by Occitane. Plenty of towels. Nice seating area by the swimming pool. Hotel has its own sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach. In comparison to other hotels we stayed in Miami's Art Deco District here we got the best value.

Things we found really nice about this property: 1.The property has a great location! Right in the heart of South Beach road. You just have to crossover and the beach is just about there! Many cafes and grocery stores around and the street is lively. 2.They serve only lunch and dinner (while we recently stayed) The menu options were limited, but very tasty and great value for the buck. Found other places around a bit pricier. 3. In-room amenities included premium brands 4. Pleasing boutique hotel with chique interiors 5. This should have probably been the first one. The profile of guests who stayed/visited this property was good. Family, couples or friends, it was a safe haven to hang around here. All in all, this place has a great vibe;

Location! Location! Location! We were able to walk everywhere. We utilized the small pool and the beach chairs were provided.

Toilet kept running until I messed with it a bit and the air conditioner sounds like it is about to go. It whines at startup and shutdown.

Enjoyed dining out front and had excellent service. Staff were tremendously helpful and friendly. Being able to sign out bicycles is a nice touch as well.

The fridge in my room made too much noise. The curtains didn't work properly. Turning on and off the lights would cause a glitch on the TV. No Chromecast or similar alternatives.
