The Inn has a lot of charm and history. It’s kept clean and is centrally located. In the morning wild turkeys came to greet while you sipping your complimentary coffee. The grounds are lovely as is the outdoor space while surrounded by nature and singing birds. There is a nice outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings.

Historic place, yet upgraded and comfortable, walking distance and centrally located to many shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the suite and two separate balconies.

Everything was excellent, no complaints. Oh! not a “complaint” more of a request? Q-tips for “travel ears” - I might be odd, but my ears “water” so I like to dry em out with a swab clean out every shower/before bed. … Q-tip pkgs in bathroom would be a bonus (easy to forget to bring).

Front of house is EXCEPTIONAL in every way. I have been staying at Bluebird for several years now (visit 2-3 times/yr) and each visit my booking is treated like a royal arrival. I usually ask to be placed upstairs as I am a very light sleeper - this is arranged each time and with a smile. Appreciate the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby/main house has an inviting den by a fireplace thats reminiscent of trips to Austria. Just lovely. Very clean rooms, not a thing out of place, showers sparkle, beds comfy good lighting options and a microwave if you need to heat up any leftovers from Indigo Moon next door. ;) Will be back around Christmastime! P.s. Harmony village (in between Cambria and Cuycos) is just down the hwy a few miles - the pottery store is a MUST VISIT! Very cool history with Hearst stopping by with guests on his way back to San Simeon Castle back in the 1910/20s! Great pop in for history nerds.

I wasn't allowed to check in early. I would understand if they checked with housekeeping, and a room like the one I reserved was not ready, but the guy behind the counter acted ike he did not want to be bothered.

Coffee was available only for a short period of time. Water pressure in shower could have been better. Not recommended staying on the lower level, where there is another guest above you. Too noisy. No A/C. No breakfast included.

Location was great-very central Walked everywhere-west and East village Sparkling clean. Rocking chairs on back porch where we could hear the frogs (creek was pretty dry) Electric fireplace was wonderful-very pretty and used for heat. Didn’t use other heating

Outdoor facilities could be better used. Back area is empty although has great potential. Also, the front with the pit fire was closed. You could have it open with a selection of wines and/or wine food as a next-level experience. You could also partner with local locations for breakfast for an enhanced experience. There was noise at some point in the room above but that was solved with a call. Floors are wooden so you should not have a light sleep.

Nice idea for an inn to reuse old house as the Reception. Comfortable, with parking in front of the door and a clean room. Has a fridge, office, iron and tea.

Bigger TV !!! Better chairs/seating not comfy and a little cheap furnishings. I better choice of Breakfast stuff inc fruit etc. Bars of nice soap!!! I did like the china cups for coffee!

There was a tiny slot to hang clothes and ZERO drawer space. No bureau, chest of drawers, shelves, NOTHING. You had to live out of your suitcase. They also provided only one luggage rack, so one of us had our suitcase on the floor - ick!

Great location with lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance. Staff is hit or miss. The person who checked us in was surly, but the next morning the woman at the desk was super nice and helpful. The room was large and clean and had fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean, large and everything looked new.

Couple of minor things like the room cleaning was very late, and I had to state that fact to the reception staff, but that’s a very minor thing overall.

Love, the patio and the view of the trees. Very beautiful and relaxing. The room is clean and well appointed.
