Just two minor things- the glass plate related to the microwave had strange large stains on it and one of the towels had a big stain/hole in it, which we reported to staff. Another unfortunate instance was that the swimming pool reeked of chlorine which deterred us from swimming.

It was a good/comfortable size for the 4 of us. Full kitchen was great. Cozy living room.

Very Nice; however, be prepared for 6 flight walk up to the lofts.

The biggest complaint is that folks need to know about the 6 flight walk up to the lofts. This actually did not bother us very much, as we are big hikers, but this is NOT an ADA friendly place. Anyone with difficulty climbing steps at altitude might be challenged. Furthermore, there are only 4 plates and 4 sets of silverware, so given that the loft was easily big enough to sleep 6 or even 7 on a couch, there is not enough silverware, nor any salt or pepper or basic spices, olive oil etc. Enough plates etc would be a very convenient- but we made do and had a great time, and cooked all of our meals in the comfort of this loft space.

The property was lovely, but the client needs to know that this is a 6 flight walk up so PACK LIGHTLY! Once there on the top floor loft, there was lots of space and light which was very nice and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable. Our loft facing away from I-70 was surprisingly quiet, although I suspect front facing units facing I-70 might have a lot of traffic noise.

New $35 / day charge for several things, including self parking. I get costs are going up everywhere but this was off putting. Also, we were asked to take out our trash at the end of our stay. Also off by the fact that I paid roughly $1500 to stay three week and had to take out my own trash. Since when? As much as we like this place, these things will cause us to reconsider string here in the future.

The amenities were nice and the bed was super comfortable. We've been staying here for years.

The steps! 70 steps from the parking lot to our room, 35 steps using an elevator part way. We were lucky not to be on a higher floor.

Everything about the actual accommodation. It was very well appointed and equipped and looked recently renovated, very little wear and tear.

No elevator, had to drag my luggages all the way up. No AC in the room and internet and TV are not working when we arrived until next day. Staff can’t communicate well. We dont understand what he said, not friendly at all. He cant give clear instruction. Need to find better receptionist, more pleasant and friendly and able to communicate better.

The Cedar building we were in is multistory with no elevator. We knew this ahead of time, so no surprise but still a drawback for us senior citizens.

Location was perfect for visiting family nearby. Room was very nice - kitchen appliances top shelf.

The most important for me: really clean! And very spacious, comfy and cozy, I loved it, loved the fact that it has two bathrooms. The shuttle to the slopes is very convenient, and the facilities are amazing. Looking forward for the next snow season to be back. In our last day, we made the checkout but they let us to leave our car there and, in the and of the day, we showered in the facilities bathroom, so perfect! We totally could enjoy our very last day.

The location was so close to the vail ski resort, and the free shuttle running every 30min made our trip so convenient. The heated swimming pool and hot tub was very nice, not to mention the sauna. Staff checked on us everyday, which was very nice. The family loft we stayed at was very spacious, with 3 full bathrooms and plenty of space.

The only thing which could have been better, but isn't the fault of the facility is that there is no elevator in the Cedar building where we were staying. After hiking and kayaking, those stairs up to our room felt like climbing a mountain! However, we got our exercise!

Bluegreen's Streamside Vail was a fabulous home base for us while visiting Vail. We came up for a concert at the Gerald Ford Amphitheater and ended up doing so much more! We hiked and also kayaked during our three-day stay.
