Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rug in our room was wet and appears to have recently been cleaned. As we were leaving, I noticed an old drop of blood on the mattress cover on the side of the bed. The sheets were slightly askew. It seems like someone didn't want to change the mattress cover and just tried to hide it. Also, we left our phone charger. We called and no one found it.
The location was excellent.

The bathroom was not clean and the breakfast was kind of disappointing. Along with the coffee cups literally were disintegrating and leaking before you could even finish the cup of coffee.

The only thing I would have loved that wasn't provided was a jug of half and half (they had milk and almond milk for the cereals but only the little flavored creamers for coffee and it would have been nice to have an unsweetened creamer for coffee.). But that is such a small issue. Honestly we were very grateful for breakfast!
We were very grateful for the breakfast - being able to grab a cup of coffee and get something with protein in it (oatmeal and greek yogurt) was both a time saver and a money saver.

Very dated rooms, bathrooms hallways and stairways. Shower tub was flaking apart, toilets didn't flush well and there were stained carpets. Processed foods for the continental breakfast: Nature Valley granola bars, yogurt cups and pieces of fruit- apples and oranges. Decaf coffee served was cold. Dog fee was $25/Night: Not bad compared to some, but absolutely ridiculous given the shape of the place. They don't charge for kids or drunken partiers who may stay and make a mess but "corporate" feels that a well behaved dog warrants an extra per night fee.
It was close to the soccer fields, close to the beach and downtown. Dog friendly. Adjacent to rail trail for walking Near airport. Good amount of space to stay in and free parking.

The breakfast was a snack not a breakfast. Dog policy is not posted on their website, would not have stayed there if I knew it before arriving at the hotel. All the website states is dogs allowed, once you check in a whole lot of rules not allowing g dog to remain in room.

Traffic in front of the hotel is bumper to bumper during the day. Older building with thin walls and windows, a bit noisier than other hotels. Wasn't awful but was present. No OJ for breakfast, breakfast options were pretty limited.
Great staff! Very affordable, clean room, great access to the TART trail for walking / biking to nearby businesses.

Definitely out dated, tv didn’t work, and just overall showing its age. Noisy guests at 3 am running and screaming down the hallways woke everyone up. It’s not the hotels fault on that one but the walls are definitely very thin.
It’s in a very good location, it was clean, overall it wasn’t terrible.

The breakfast was not great - muffins and juice. The pillows were lumpy. it's located on a main road so while its quiet enough at night it gets loud once traffic picks up.
