If we were spending more time in the bungalow, the futon/ couch was small and not very comfortable.

Very clean and bed was comfortable. This was perfect for what we needed - as a long weekend to visit family. We would definitely book it again.

This is my second time in my favorite little home I love it because it's like I never left home I was able to give my grandkids a birthday party in the cute kitchen Area Jade who's 3 and Asher who's 7 had so much fun using the living room area table for activities I'm from TEXAS I'll will return to spend Xmas here with my family who lives here in Apex N. C

Hi Margaret, THANX 4 HOSTing us @ that Cute BoHo Cottage! This is the 3rd X we've rented there & I did have 1 Weird Issue RE: Whatever Laundry Products were used on BedSheets! I had a very unpleasant sensitivity 2 them which resulted in burning eyes & clogged nose! As I said, TRUly peculiar, & I won't even mention that in our Positive Review! Anyway, such an Annoying thing 2 Xperience, & p'rhaps I'll bring it up B4 our trip thru' next year! THANX Again Margaret!

Our stay was exceptional. It was very neat and clean, conveniently located to everything right down town Apex. The location was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed it.

There was nothing I didn’t like, perhaps the only thing I would change would be the bed linen…but now I’m being fussy!

Fantastic location in Apex with a choice of coffee shops, bars, eateries and boutique shops right on the doorstep. Cute & comfortable accommodation, tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. The host was fabulous and went out of her way to meet with a particular request of mine (I requested a hair dryer…sure enough, one had been purchased in time for my arrival - many thanks!).

Bathroom is a little lacking, would benefit from an adult-size toilet and slightly larger sink. All rooms were a little too strongly scented. It would have been beneficial to have a “menu” and/or map of recommended restaurants, coffeeshops, boutique shops and places of interest in walking and driving distance.

there is a musty smell when you first open the door. suffer from migraines and can be sensitive to smell. Towels and bedding washed in a heavy perfume detergent.

Bedroom much warmer than living room overnight. Older house so maybe can’t do much about that. However now knowing we could have turned AC lower. AC def works well overall. Also train came through and was very loud but only once at 11pm ish so not a huge deal for us. Just good for others to know you may hear it.

Cleanliness, location (directly adjacent to adorable downtown Apex), great host - communication was super fast and friendly and host was very accommodating, awesome little house with a great setup!

We never got Netflix to work on the TVs. Maybe some instructions when that happens. The loose doorknob on the bathroom door needs to be repaired. Very disconcerting when it fell off.

The location was perfect. One block to main street with shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable. Large bedroom, large living room, and nice kitchen with everything you needed for a great place away from home..

Perfect setting nestled steps away from historic downtown. Very responsive owner/manager was helpful in answering questions and accepting suggestions.

The couch was uncomfortable (too small), the bed was too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably, and the bathroom sink was so small it was almost non-functional. The kitchen was updated and had a large sink close to the bathroom, so we used that instead.

First impression wasn’t good. High grass outside, distinct odor when you walk in, bathrooms door knobs feel off, lighting in bathroom constantly flickered and was dull which probably needed to be replaced. This property has a lot of potential just needs attention to details and outside. appearance.

The house was cute, had everything you would need, and excellent location.

No furniture in bedroom to put suitcase or personal belongings. 1 Bathroom doorknob was off and other one fell off while on toilet. If I wasn't there, my mom would have been stuck! Smelled very strongly like mildew and we became congested. Couldn't reach plates on high shelf above sink. 1 towel per person for 5 days. No extra linens at all! Mom slept in bed and I slept on tiny uncomfortable futon with no sheets and a little throw. The door knob would "activate" in middle of night, scary me. (About 6 times) even though it was locked.

The best thing is that the owner is very nice and great with communicating. I feel bad for being honest but it might help future guests.
