Compared to a motel it was nice. - Pool - Rooms were mostly clean - Great price compared to others in the Keys

Super clean & modern motel situated in Marathon (about 1hr drive to Key West), 5min drive to supermarkets, room is super big, air conditioning is super cool, there’s a ceiling fan as well. Hot water with good pressure even at top floor, TV coffee machine big microwave big fridge plates cups bowls coffee pods all provided. Motel has a pool RV parking BBQ grills dining benches around the big compound, as well as free bike & kayak activities! A real bargain at Florida Keys!

We missed the turn into the park twice during our visit. The sign doesn't pop out as you are driving. You have to really pay attention. The facility is kind of tucked back a little bit from the road, which is great, just be aware it doesn't stick out like national chain signage.

Great location, close to the sites we wanted to visit (Crane Point Hammock, Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Seven Mile Bridge). Friendly staff, nice rooms, and great amenities.

Only thing I didn’t like was the window only has a slatted blind on it and the lights on the walkway outside left on all night so it’s very bright in the room when you are trying to sleep at night. Some sort of blackout blind or turning the external lights off overnight would be better.

Really lovely motel. Seems recently renovated and very clean. Good air con. Kitchenette in room very good. Sabrina Jo in reception so lovely and helpful. Lovely pool, kayaks and bikes available for use (we didn’t use but nice to have). Excellent parking. Quiet at night.

Truly the best motel/hotel experience we’ve ever had, and believe me we are picky! From the first time we had contact with the property staff to the last, they were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, just super nice folks. Our room was perfectly clean, and we’re annal about cleanliness, the king bed and pillows were super comfy, the pool was beautiful and the seating was clean and well cared for. Although we aren’t pickle ball players, the court looked new. We appreciated that we could use the kayaks, tiki hut and grill but didn’t use them, maybe next time.

Excellent location to travel thru our the Keys. Clean rooms and they had a focus on customer service. Would definitely stay there again. Will try the cabins if they are available.

The bathroom was pretty small and we found a cockroach. Not many opportunities to find restaurant walking distance.

The Motel is a lovely structure close to the sea. Nice furniture, spacious room with everything you might need. Huge comfortable beds. The parking in front of the structure is very useful.

Great location on a little bay with fishing, boat ramp and the tiny home log cabins. They had outlets to charge my car even though it wasn't advertised. Staff was super nice, room was surprisingly large and clean. The property was very well maintained.

Just a bit noisy from the street

The hotel is a great location to explore the keys. It has a pickleball court, a pool, bikes and Kajaks, which we loved. From the second floor you can see the water on both sides of the Key, marvelous

The smell , the mold which was really irritating and we had a handicapped room . ( really bad smell in the cabinet in the bathroom) it was too dark . Expensive for what we got ( you don’t even have tissues or a kit for removing your make up ).

Easy for the Keys, the pool was good, you can find shops nearby, the marina is cute , you can lie on deck chairs .it was very clean.

Near zero water pressure. Shower temp tremendously sensitive trying to adjust between steaming, hot and cold. way overpriced

A little dark inside. Nice.Keurig.but would have liked a coffee pod refill on day 2.
