check-in was friendly but had no knowledge of how to check me in. Owner had to come and do it so resulted in a long wait. There was a desk in the room that consumed most of it when you walked in - way too big. Said it had breakfast - it didn't. The office/lobby was locked everything done through a window. Had coffee maker but no cups. Towels were like tissue paper. There was an altercation with hotel guests where police were called to the property. Microwave was damaged. Slide lock on door was missing. Sign at the front was a taped together banner so hard to see it.

Bed was comfortable, shower was good pressure, had a fridge, I got to park right in front of my room, owner was helpful when we needed things and lamps had plugs

I didn't like that my room had no phone I also didn't like that my TV didn't have cable, and they didn't offer a discount or cheaper rate because of this.

I liked that when I extended my stay they accommodated the previous room rate from the night without me having to book online or prepay in advance. I also like that they accommodated my request before housekeeping was even on duty with regards to an emergency health related accident that took place in the room.

The room was hot when we walked in. After turning on the air, we had to leave to allow the room to cool. After returning, the room had a old musty smell. The refrigerator was not working. It was hot when I opened it. The phone didn't work. The iron leaked really bad on my clothes. The TV didn't show well. The picture was fuzzy. Since it was just for one night, we stayed. We were ready to leave that morning earlier than check-out time.

I liked that the price of $68 was good for the room. I liked the location because it was across the street from the mall. I also liked that the staff were friendly.

The place was older which I don’t have an issue with. But it was dirty. The doors had stuff all over them. Bathroom door would not close. Mirror was written on and not cleaned. Room smelled of smoke. Sheets had holes burned in them. Smoke detector was gone with just a hole and wires where it was. During the middle of the night an alarm went off in the room startling us awake. Never figured out what it was.

Location was great! Air conditioning was perfect.
