I'm knit picking but not a fan of the Keurig Coffee maker. The plastic waste of the pods, the water down flavor of coffee, and it didn't work, likely due to needing descaled. I would suggest investing in a French Press or cheap coffee maker with reusable filter.

All the complementary amenities included with the room with great attention to detail. The owner starts the day off with a breakfast that is cooked by a chef and not the typical continental breakfast. The Jacuzzi was already warmed and ready for us after check in. This was especially welcoming after a long drive to our destination we could sit in the tub.

Amazing location tucked away for a relaxing home base. The room was amazing, we had a huge walk in shower and private hot tub on the balcony. Breakfast was a great variety, the chef is talented and friendly! Staff were very helpful and kind. Loved staying here!

Check in was a little confusing as the front desk wasn't staffed upon arrival. But the maid helped and showed us our room. Once inside the room, there are detailed instructions on how to enter and lock the room as well as enter the front desk area.

We enjoyed our two night stay here. The room was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The fresh bread was such a special treat - making the room smell so good. The shower and tub were nice with good toiletries. The breakfast was outstanding. There was a slight mix up with the early delivery one morning but it was accommodated very well. The chef is excellent and very personable. Also the maid was very sweet and helpful.

The idea of leaving left us sad! This property is perfect.

From the moment we stepped out of our rental vehicle, the serene energy around The Inn was palpable. We were made to feel welcome and at home. Chokla received us with grace and hospitality. So many extras are added throughout to make guests feel genuinely treated. From water, cool drinks, fruit, cookies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby to the most welcoming smell of freshly baked bread right in the room! On the counter, we found many more thoughtful provisions, and the small fridge was filled with water, more cool drinks, butter, milk, and jam for the bread. A beautifully set side table with quality crockery, flatware, and wine glasses made us decide to have our simple dinner of bread, wine and charcuterie right there. What a treat! The bed, pillows, and linen are superiour quality. The towels were all fluffy, spotless, and artfully folded. We found the bathroom amenities thoughtful and generous, too. Chef Robert treated us so kindly, his breakfasts are tasty, nutritious, and balanced. When we left for Tempe, Chef even brought us some extra slices of cornbread and butter for the road, insisting that we take more water and fruit too. What a serene retreat from the bustle. What genuine hospitality and generosity. May The In at Thunder Mountain continue to be a beacon of hospitality in the profound surroundings of Sedona.

 We enjoyed our stay there so much, I can’t say enough good things about it and I honestly can’t find anything that I didn’t like.

Only having six units in the whole place it made it so private and quiet and each room is decorated beautifully with a fireplace a hot tub or a soaking tub. They provide you with fresh bread baking in your room upon arrival and they serve you the most beautiful breakfast that you can’t even hardly eat at all and that comes with the price which was so reasonable. I will definitely plan my next trip around the availability at the thunder Mountain Inn.

Location was a little tricky to find at first, however, location was great and off the main highway, making it quiet peaceful.

We booked this room at last moment, not knowing anything about the area. It met our expectations and exceeded them! So beautiful and peaceful. Room was fabulous & nice to have all of the "extras" in the room. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. Chef was amazing and very helpful in offering suggestions on the area. Wish we could have stayed longer.

There was nothing I did not like.

The place is extremely clean. The breakfast brought to your suite by the chef was amazing. The smell of baked bread when you first walked into the room. Sitting outside in the garden area. The whole experience was wonderful.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Room had a fire place and jacuzzi tub and was spacious. Something we have never encountered were the a stocked fridge, basket of snacks and fresh baked bread. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was delivered to our room and was flavorful and delicious. Truly a hidden gem. We will definitely be back.

Only complaint is the parking lot behind the facility seems to be a dumping spot for locals. This was our second visit and both times the hot tub was overfilled and/or not holding temp.

Best location in town for hiker couples! Excellent private rooms. Morning breakfast. Private hot tub for most rooms. Awesome staff!!
