The 2 hotels in one

Nice place but a bit confusing when you came into the hotel because it was actually two hotels in one inside. We actually went to the wrong side after checking in, up the elevator to our floor and thanks to another guest found that out. Other than that it was fine.

That the shuttle wouldn’t deliver .5 miles further to the stadium. It would have been very convenient after a concert with my family of 8

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.. it was very difficult to locate due to highway construction nearby. The television in our room wasn’t working due to changes they were making. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

The water never got hot. Just warm, I reported the issue but not sure if anyone checked it out. I was told no one else complained of no hot water.

One of the elevators (the one near our room) was broken, so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to another elevator and then all the way back around the building to get to our room.

Sofa bed mattress was worn badly and falling apart in all 3 rooms, linen for sofa bed was not in room and we had to go to the lobby for all 3 rooms and get it which was multiple trips bc the other adults had ro stay with minors in the room. Bathtubs are old with many chips in the porcelain

The door was heavy and very noisy. We were in and out a lot so we worried about disturbing others around us. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as usual and the pillows were awful. They were flat and small. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low and the kitchen sink was slow to drain. The breakfast wasn’t as good as normally either. The powered eggs, not real meat sausage links. The waffles were cold and when heated up in the microwave the became bricks. I also was not impressed with the $25.00 incidental fee at check in to be refunded at check out. There was nothing in the room to be charged for so I was extremely confused on that one.

We’ve always loved this hotel it’s one of our favorite places to stay.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. We found several items from previous guests in our suite when we moved furniture: socks, a container of q-tips, a candy wrapper. There also hadn't been a full cleaning job in the bathroom with dirty areas on the floor behind the toilet and at the base of the shower glass. The facilities also had some wear and tear: the rotating plate missing from the microwave, rust around the shower heads, a sunken area in the middle of the couch where the springs wore out. But it was a comfortable stay with the space we needed and we made it work.

Loved the rare two bedroom/ two bathroom suite. It was the perfect size for our group. Loved the free breakfast and free parking.

There were ants in our bathroom. We could hear a train horn in the distance, but it wasn't too bothersome. The water pipes were whistling all morning.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was impressed by the dishes and cookware available in the kitchen. Even better - a dishwasher! The patio/courtyard area is inviting and includes a pool, hot tub, putting green, grills, and plenty of seating. Definitely would stay here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Common areas were clean and cared for by staff. The breakfast was ok. It was free, so I can't really complain. Decent variety, but not many healthy options.

When we arrived at our room there was a light out in the kitchen. A tile had come off and it looked like liquid was spilled on the wall. We told hotel management twice. The light was fixed the next day. The tile was never fixed and the walls weren't wiped down.

The breakfast was fair. Food was hot. French toast and pancakes was over cooked.

Air conditioners broke, was told maintenance was coming and they never did. Was there for softball tournament and daughter needed to sleep so we slept in hot room with no covers. Told morning staff and was told we could get Hilton points. So no resolution and slept in heat during summer

We have stayed there previously, so we purposely chose this location, mostly because it had a great outdoor pool. But, it was closed! We came from the snowy Northeast so that was the main resin we came back. We were told it may be closed permanently. They should NOT advertise they have a pool! We payed almost $2k and were very displeased. In fact the facilities were not as clean as last time. The first floor smelled like Wed and the elevator had food on the floor.
