There is no staff on site after 8 pm. I felt vulnerable in the case of any kind of emergency happening there in the evenings or early morning hours. There is no cell service there to make an emergency call.

The location is remote, beautiful views and quiet. I loved the large gathering room. It is very inviting and a great place to sit and have conversations with other people. The outside deck is large and a great place to sit and relax at the end of the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was a noisy in the evening until dinner was over because of the location next to the bathroom and dinning room. I wish it has a door directly to the outside.

Dinner was fantastic and tasty. It was also dog friendly which was very important to me. I also loved the field in front of the lodge for my dogs to play with the resident dog.

The stairs were challenging for an elderly couple like us, especially getting our bags up to the room.

The room was rustic but comfortable. Dinner was very good! Very quiet, peaceful location.

The extra bed in the suite was very uncomfortable, at least for an adult. It had a funky design and the was hard as a rock in odd places. The staff tried to make it more comfortable with extra blanket padding, but it needs to be replaced with a futon or something else. It's in a small space, but there must be better options. Main bed (Q size) was fine.

The setting was beautiful, our room/suite had a deck with a lovely view of the hillside and trees behind the lodge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The great room was lovely, and was a great place to meet and chat with world wide travelers.Tho the rooms were small (we had a "suite"), we didn't spend much time in them. Would be fine for 2 adults, but there were 3 of us.If we wanted to sit and talk, we went to the "great room."

The description and associated amenities and picture on booking.com are misleading to the point that when we arrived and viewed the yurt we reserved we asked to be moved to cabin. The yurt single beds are not good there was no private bathroom etc.

The cabin we ended up in was nice. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was good.

They forgot to put breakfast in our fridge and we would have liked a tray of ice. Communication with the property consisted of repeated reminders to pay when we’d already paid through Booking.com.

Brilliant place in the middle of nowhere which was nicely located between Bryce Canyon and Moab. Also hosted a restaurant on site which was very good as well. Great communal spaces, facilities and grounds. Loved it.

It was a bit outside of town on a ranch, about a 20 minute drive from the Boulder mountain guest ranch/ Sweetwater Kitchen.

We had a nice, comfortable room with a water dispenser, microwave and coffee maker. It was very quiet at night and we liked it a lot.

It was A LOT of effort to get all our supplies to the upper room. Store had trouble getting ice. The room has very little supplies.

The peace and quiet, the space and the views. Ideal for sunset and a perfect scenic road to reach the property. Wonderful for stargazing.

It would have been nice to have a tv or a couple of games in the room. Salt packets for the hard boiled eggs would be good.

We liked the walk to the pond and waterfall. We also appreciated the bagged breakfast that was left in the fridge. The small toaster oven and mini fridge was nice.

The restaurant tables are literally right outside the bedroom window, and the guest will stay till about 11pm. Some guests were pretty loud...

Wonderful setting in nature. Yes, some of the rooms are very close to the restaurant, but it closes (in our estimate) at a reasonable time. Great shared lounge space for the guests. The restaurant is OUTSTANDING - the best meal we had during our travels in Utah.

The room had a swamp cooler and it was very loud and didn’t make it too cold so we were sweating at night. The windows look out over the patio where the restaurant was so we had to keep them shut so people couldn’t see it.

The property is tucked away and beautiful very quiet. We liked the cabin atmosphere.

The heaters were a bit tricky and there are no staff around (except in very restricted hours) to ask for help. It was very cold and we didn't have kindling/fire lighters for the stove. The first night the wall heater would go on, but not turn off and wasn't emitting any heat, just weird purple lights. The remote didn't work at all and eventually we just unplugged it at the wall. The next night we plugged it in and had no problems and the heat worked in the other room, so we left it on all night with the door open.

The room was cozy, with lots of extra quilts, and the bathroom was very clean. We would stay here again.

Received several emails about using the new contactless check-in system and then owner seemed surprised that I had checked in without talking to anyone; shower is very, very small (I was fine at 5'7", but a tall person would either be miserable or unable to fit altogether; my room was just outside the restaurant, and there was a live singer - this could be good or bad depending on the person; no TV
