Lift restaurant was a disappointment. Everything at dinner was extremely salty on both of our meals. Google shows a breakfast buffet is available but there is no longer a buffet. Omelette and potatoes were just so so and there is no variety of jams and jellies… grape only !

Beds are not the most comfortable. Have stayed many times with the great experience, but this particular room was noisy and the light in the bathroom did not work properly.

The restaurant is overpriced.

The hotel is nice and the room is a bit outdated but clean, large and comfortable. Special mention for housekeeping and staff: we left some valuables in the room after check out. Once realized, we checked with the hotel the next day and they confirmed to have found them. Nothing was missing: professional and honest ! Thank You !

I didn't like not being able to stay another day or two.

Beautiful mountain retreat. Stumbled on it by chance and it was our lucky day. Up high in the mountains with exceptional views. Will be a beautiful winter wonderland when it comes time for ski season. Its a tiny town and has everything to make a summer or winter vacation an experience to be treasured. We would love to go back when we have more time to spend there.

Front desk girl at our arrival lacked customer service skills. Also, there was room was located where the luggage dolly couldn’t be lifted.

Very relaxing. We were concerned about our autistic son being loud and bothering other guests, the staff was very accommodating and helped us find a room that was large, comfortable and away from other rooms. This allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay

Some of the staff, I referred an elder couple camping with overnight temp of 37 degrees. Mentioned to stay at the same hotel and Mentioned price on booking.com however they didn't have lap tops or new cell phones. When they walked in guy up front told they it's 50 more because they are walk ins. No seniors discount, aarp or AAA when couple asked. Very surprised hotel would turn away guests because they couldn't match online price.

We were given a room on the second floor but to get to our room we had to go down some stairs that made it difficult to get to with suitcases.

The place was in a beautiful setting surrounded by lots of trees. It was very clean and well maintained, beds were comfy and the place was peaceful and quiet.

Quirky design but one ewe figured out where the back door was, it became much simpler to move around.

Very clean, very nice build. Definitely nicer than I expected for the price we paid. Lots of safe, free parking, great surroundings in the woods.
