Rooms are loud. We could hear the family above us moving chairs and running around. Only 2 food options. The food park with the cocktail bar is so cool, definitely room to add another food truck. Not many bare necessities in the room- no paper towels. No shampoo. No single use laundry detergent. Those things are available to buy in the on site store though. Lights are right outside of one of the bedrooms, keeps it very bright all night.

Very nice family resort. On the smaller side but it's perfect. If you can stay in a building near the Oasis (main) pool then you can walk to anything within a few minutes. Golf carts for rent from outside company, but a little pricey. Food was good- pizza was really good, even the gluten free one. Breakfast biscuit was very soft. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Great balcony area. Very very close to Silver Dollar City. Shuttle is free and takes you there, plus it will take you to a few nearby places like the convenient store. We stayed in a luxury lakefront 2 bedroom condo. Building I.

There is not much parking available close to the condos. Also, no sidewalks for guest to use to go through the resort easily so watch for littles running around. This particular condo could use some new flooring, wear your shoes, and some maintenance for the water damage.

Location was great. The condo had a lot of room for all of us with everything we needed to cook and unlimited towels with the laundry service. All the amenities were great!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Pizza world was delicious and I might make special trips to eat at El Jefe's, so good and great atmosphere! Our favorite part was renting a golf cart to get to and from all the different areas of this huge resort!

There was not really restraunts. Kind of false. Mexican was food truck. So called restaurant was a pizza place. No indoor seating. Store was ok but high pricing.

Very nice. Pools were good. Marina was great. Andrew was wonderful and great helping get the pontoon. Best pontoon. Bar staff was great.

The floors in the condo were pretty gross. If you walked barefoot for even a few minutes the bottom of your feet would be black. We had to buy a mop and some pine sol to mop the tile. We mopped twice because the floor was so dirty. Even after that our feet still would get a little dirty but much better since mopping. I didn’t even want to set my 8 month old on the floor. The carpet wasn’t much better.

We enjoyed all the amenities. Renting paddle board’s and kayaks was super easy and we had a good time. Location was great. We enjoyed the Oasis pool and the food on site was pretty good.

For a family of 4 we only got 2 bathroom towels and washcloths at a time. We had to go to the trade in laundry facility to trade those in for two more sets each time we all showered. As you can imagine, that’s not very convenient!! Don’t take the tour- they say it’s a membership tour and not a timeshare. It’s a timeshare. You’re also told, either sign today or not at all for the purchase of the “membership”. They tell you that you cannot leave and think about it or your “electing to give the opportunity to someone else”. I don’t spend 22,000 without thought and review. Just beware. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place. Great for families!

Had a weird smell in the room, and the pettiness on the extra activities. They offered a few fun activities daily like painting or movie in the pool with popcorn, but charged you to do them. Movie was free but if you want popcorn you had to buy it. All these things should be included in the cost of the rooms especially for the cost per night.

The variety of food trucks, the free things to do at the marina, the people were all so nice, closeness of the different pools and location to other things near by. Nice to have the shuttle too since we went to Silver Dollar City.

The pictures make it look bigger than it actually is, the room didn’t have shampoo or conditioner, and the phone didn’t work, also had some dirty silverware left in the cupboard from previous guest . The food spots close by 9pm and the lake area was rocks and not sand.

Three different pool areas were great, had super good vibes, lots of grills to cook on, kept very clean, staff was very attentive and easy to get a hold of, the food places were delicious.

The room had a couple of small issues and the staff was cooperative and came to fix things. The room could use a little updating but otherwise was nice.

Beds were comfortable, love the full kitchen, the balcony and the peace and quiet. Spacious. We had a great view of the woods and the lake. We got a tour of the future water park and the rest of the resort. We really liked that there is a food court type area and the store and we were right near these places. The coffee shop was great! The staff were very nice and not pushy. Really appreciated the shuttle ride to SDC.

There was no central air-conditioned place to relax, like a lodge. My condo, however, was spacious and gorgeous and air-conditioned.

I was traveling solo, and felt very comfortable with many young families with children. The staff and guests were very friendly, and courteous.

Sadly only one of 3 pools were open. We understand it was still a little chilly to be in a pool. Just wish we could have seen them up and running.

It was a clean property and the staff were all very nice and willing to help. I loved the mini golf and the fun kid activities like slime and Tie dye.
