Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast area was to small and not technically a hot free breakfast. Hire an Architect to enlarge and open it to the tables and seating area. No pool at this facility, had to drive to its sister Location that's not as nice.
Away enough from the main strip but still have easy drive access to shows and restaurants on the strip. Low traffic. Walking distance to sights and sound theater. Good access from highway 65. Direct access from Branson Landing, missing the main Branson Strip bumper to bumper traffic.

People above us sounded like elephants about to come through the floor. No pool…yet.
It was clean. Beds were fine & the ac was cold. That shower pressure was great! Breakfast was wonderful.

Wish it had an iron, but that's ok, and flies are going to be flies, lol, but the flies are so pesky, we kept it cold in our room to keep them away
It was close to sight and sound theater and away from all the traffic from w 76th Country Rd but yet really close. Clean room, nice staff, very quiet 😊

LOTS of construction going on that we were not made aware of when the reservation was made. Very few rooms were rentable so while it was nice to not have parking space issues, we were two older women alone in an abandoned back lot and it felt a little creepy. Should have been advised of the construction and vacant building situation prior to reservations. Name change as well - sign had old hotel name so was confusing to locate under the name we were looking for.
We loved the location next to the theater (were there to see "David" production and walked to avoid parking hassles. The hotel was being renovated and they hustled to get our room finished and furniture in for us when we arrived early. Spanking new room!

The shower didn't work correctly, and the room door doesn't automatically lock so please know that and check and double-check.
Staff was great and the rooms were nice. The price was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms given the price.

The bathroom was pretty small and shower proportion and head wasn’t convenient

Bed was not the most comfortable but it was ok...Heat was fine and it was clean.. TV worked, Nice size refrigerator, kept my drinks very cold.. Large vanity mirror and sink, Hair dryer worked. Plenty of towels!

Everything was great. Uses a keypad to unlock, and no phones in the rooms, but it just took some getting used to. I would definitely stay again. Main trip was sight and sound. It was just a few min from location which was awesome.

The mattress was hard.
Loved the location. It was next door to the Sight and Sound Theater and around the corner from Billy Gail’s and Immersive Disney.

The bright light outside our room window.
The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for our stay. We were.just one night and wanted to avoid all the hustle of the main strip. Coffee and quick breakfast choices.

They were missing a few things I think is helpful in a hotel. USB outlet, hairdryer, and bibles.
I liked the location and low cost! Looks like they remodeled recently (I'm so happy they didn't choose carpet).

The first night my daughter saw a tarantula which are native to the region but we didn't know that - It scared her but nothing happened. The bed was harder then I would like but my husband loved them.
The front desk clerk was very helpful. The original room we got had some water pressure issues and he was able to get us to a new room smoothly and quickly. Could tell that they were doing some updating and looked very nice.

Provided continental breakfast but no place to eat. You had to take food back to your room. Our room was small and eating in it was not comfortable

The blinds let in a little light which made it difficult to sleep, but I have no other complaints.
The stay was very good for the value. The front desk attendant was very nice.
