This experience was a dream. Whole bottom floor to ourselves. Own facilities with magical entrance and views. Ocean sounds will lull you to sleep. The most kind and incredible host we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. So accommodating and goes out of this world to spoil us for a personal and cozy experience. Nothing short of 10 stars. Oh, and the food was incredible!!!

Shirley is one of the most gracious people I have met! Wonderful person. The breakfast was excellent! We stayed in the Admiral room. Nice view of the ocean, but the other two rooms are better yet. I would stay here again

The breakfast was so amazing being a vegan Shirley catered to my needs perfectly. We really loved our stay at the Breyhouse B&B highly recommend staying here. The decor and scenery from the windows gave us a dreamy feeling of a slower time away from the hustle and bustle of big city.

The bed was a little high. We would have liked to have a better view of the ocean. But, it was comfortable and quaint. The owner was a jewel, very personable and very friendly.

The house was a real antique, very nice. It was decorated like the vintage of the house. It was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, the best ever and plenty, with a bonus (surprise!)

location is grate. The owner is super friendly. She makes breakfast is delicious. The only reason is pricing a little bit more expensive. Room is small and over all I will give 4 stars rate.

Proprietor was rude and condescending. Room was small and it kind of felt like crashing at someone's house.

Breakfast was only available at 9:00 AM - no exceptions. We didn't bother.

A hostess who said things like "My house; my rules" and in being curious would say "None of your business!" I learned the owner and her husband bought the home in the mid-1980's and at some time he was not in the picture anymore. I asked but was told "None of your business." This lady needs to take a Dale Carnegie course on "How to win friends and Influence People." Decor was stuck in the 1940's. Full kitchen in the daylight basement and a bedroom with a view. Ramped, level entry = great for me. Entrance to the bathroom was the right side of a mirrored sliding door with closet on the left. Large sign above the shower controls: "THIS IS A WATER SAVING HOUSE. KEEP YOUR SHOWERS SHORT." 2 choices for fixed breakfasr: German pancake one day. Omelette the next. Awesome view for breakfast. Included in the price. Unique experience.

Its apparent that Shirley is left to care for and run the inn with little to no help. So we all give her a lot of credit for keeping the place in as good a shape as she does. It's hard work fixing upgrading and doing everything yourself ! The exterior of the Inn certainly could benefit from a new paint job and upgrading / replacement of the signs and a few things that need attention for better curb appeal, but don't let it discourage you from meeting Shirley and improving your experience.... "SHE WILL!

The innkeeper Shirley was adorable and made all the difference in rating this visit to Breyhouse. Super friendly but never over powering, Shirley let you do your thing and after giving you information about the area and where to access the beach (Directly across the street!) she was invisible but immediately available (literally) at the ring of a bell) The upstairs breakfast table, with a view of the Ocean was full of a great assortment of great food including Baked omelets (of choice, the night before)

It didn't bother us, but some may pause because it's an older home. But we found it comfortable, immaculate, and full of character.

The innkeeper, Shirley, was kind, funny, and gracious. The breakfasts were excellent and came with a Nice view. Overall, it was a great value.

The B&B is very close to the beach. The facility is clean, comfortable and well run. The proprietor is charming and accommodating. Breakfast was great. This was our first stay. All the other guests had been there before. For one couple, it was their eighth visit.
