The residents that lived there were a little annoying. Some, not all. The kids that lived there were a annoying. The room smelled like cigarettes. I hate watching the other employees just sitting around taking smoke breaks every little bit while the maintenance man was constantly working.

The room was clean. Parking was good. The maintenance man literally works his butt off. He was working every morning when I woke up and still working when I went to bed. He got anything we needed and quickly. The beds were decently comfortable.

Cleanliness of outside. No maid service for the 3 days that we stayed. Had to ask for the bathroom to be recleaned when we checked in. Bathtub had hair in it and dirty towel still hanging ups

Staff apparently lived there with their children. Office staff was a chain smoker that stayed outside smoking. Sheets on the bed were old and mix marched.

Floor in my room was very dirty, the bathroom smelled like smoke and the tub fixture was broken so you could only shower. The shower tub combo is extremely small. The toilet was extremely small. Pool wasn't operational (people want to swim on spring break) Also bicycle parts in the parking lot was a little sketch. Everything else was ok. For the price you get what you get.

Staff is friendly. Quick check in and out. Flat-screen TV. Mini fridge, hair dryer, coffee pot, complimentary soaps. Quite. Convenient location.

The staff was super nice and the room wasn’t too bad, but there were stains on the bed and pet or human hair too. The water pressure was also very low. Would stay here again though.

There was a lot of people staying in the property who were loud and a bit sketchy. The way up to the second floor was dirty and smelled horrible. There were fleas in our beds as well

The property is right by the Golden Corral which was a plus!

Room on 3rd floor no elevators,no handicap parking.I’m requested a room on ground floor because I’m handicapped,they booked me then I get there one not available. Says No Smoking and the ramp had cigarette butts all over it … This was a mobile booking.😢

As you enter the property, there was a homeless couple begging guests for money. The pool was inundated with people that were not guests. There were users of the pool facilities that was not in pool wear but some children in diapers or just down right naked in the pool facilities. We did not feel very safe coming into the room after dark. Permanent guests were out in the parking lot working on cars. Some Parking spaces were taken up by children's bicycles and toys.

Room was clean and large. There was not breakfast for guests unless you wanted to go next door and pay for golden coral.

We didn’t know that there were people that were staying at the hotel that that was their house basically and had to keep asking one of the people down the walkway from us if they could move their stroller and then almost got ran over by one of the little boys that was riding their bike up and down the ramps we extended our stay another day and we changed hotels because we were not happy. The housekeeping staff is on point every day they were coming in and making the bed and emptying the garbage even though there was a note up on the front desk stating that they would not come in and that was much appreciated.
