The location of the motel was very convenient and the front desk staff person was very helpful.

There was nothing that we did not like.

I am not happy to give bad reviews. This is something I don’t like, but honestly, I’ve never found a motel so dirty during his long trip in the US…The floor was full of stains, when I tried to clean it with a towel, it turned black, it looked like no one had washed that floor for months. The sheets were stained and full of hair, we pointed this out to reception who gave us more clean sheets and we made the bed, but we didn't feel comfortable sleeping there at all.

The staff was overly helpful making our stay very enjoyable and relaxing they went above and beyond in every aspect

It seemed to be fairly clean and mattresses were firm.

We have stayed in many facilities in North Conway and for the money, I would book elsewhere. It was a last minute booking for us and we won’t be returning. We rented two rooms (adjoining by picking up and moving a heavy wooden divider on the outside porch) and they both had an odd, stagnant odor. The sheets didn’t smell clean and crisp. They smelled similar to the room like they were washed in someone’s personal washer with cheaper detergent and no bleach. The motel had an overall odd feeling to it, with furniture covers, sloppy paint job, shared microwave, musty smell but it was clean and the staff was very nice.

Close to North Conway village

Wish the balconies were private instead of semi private. Full walls instead of half walls seems like an easy fix

Love the place, the location is awesome, the owners are great 👍 - have been coming here for over 20 years and keep looking forward to returning 😀

I did like that the front desk lady was very nice and explained things to us in a nice way.

I didn't like anything about it it was dirty there was hair everywhere in the bathroom The floors were disgusting My feet turned black after walking on that floor for 10 minutes. Really really small pictures online are nowhere's near what the rooms look like

The bed was fairly comfortable and the shower had good water pressure

The room looked nothing like the pictures, it had been “renovated” but looked like a DIY project gone wrong, ceiling tiles looked like they were ready to fall out, many were dented. There was too much furniture in a small room, with the dark curtains closed the room was dimly lit( needs better lighting) The bathroom was a mess, the towel rod was bent and looked like it was ready to fall apart.. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so no drying your hair in there. I could put up with all of this for one night in an inexpensive room, but the woman who checked us in was rude to my husband,and that’s where I draw the line. When we were checking in, my husband asked if there was an iron in the room, there is mention of an iron in the room amenities. She rolled her eyes then asked a man sitting in the corner if they had an iron ( not to be rude but this guy was sitting slumped over and appeared to be asleep) she then laughed and rolled her eyes. She never did answer the question.

Great location! The room had recently been updated and the bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly.

The fact staff came down at 5:37 after I had already been here for 2 hours asking me to go to front desk and pay .... Also 7:36 a Penske moving truck showed up outside our window and we were woken up due to all the noise it made no chance of going back to sleep now !
