How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

This isn't the hotel's fault, but I sometimes heard loud cars speeding outside late in the evening. Made sleeping occasionally a bit difficult, especially since I was also suffering from serious jetlag as I came from Europe.
One of the most affordable places in the entire city. The staff was helpful and very nice. The establishment was proper and clean The hotel has close proximity to both Fremont street and the northern end of the Strip. I felt it was an excellent choice for me.

Rooms are very small but everything you need. Nobody comes to Vegas to stay in the room other than sleep n shower anyway.
Clean & Cozy & we had a nice view of Golden Nugget Casino

Not much too complain about. Very limited parking but the dirt parking lot was a life saver.
It was conveniently located but it was a quick day trip so not much to experience for us. Front desk was exceptional, the on hand snacks were much appreciated.

Only downfall was shower head could not be adjusted to center of shower. It was pointed high towards one corner and too high. Water could only drop on my face and could move myself around the water . I almost did report it but thought I could live with it 2 nights. I used a plastic cup to pour the water on my body to rinse off soap. Plus after my shower I was already unpacked and ready for bed

People smoking outside the entry. HORRIBLE TOWELS--Decent towels don't cost that much. Go to Costco! Floor was sketchy...but thankfully no carpet Parking is limited

I wish they had more double rooms but it was fine. My kiddo and I shared a queen bed and we were comfortable

I am a coffee lover so I would have liked to have in room coffee but...there was some at the front desk. It wouldn't be fair for me to say that there were things I didn't like. Festival in town and we waited last minute to book. Prices all over the city were higher than normal. I do believe we overpaid for this hotel on this specific weekend but it really was all we needed for one night.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was a tight squeeze in the room but we were only there for one night. The soaps etc. were great. Friendly staff. The room temperature was good with an opening window and air conditioning.

Laundry? Maybe but not a problem.

Parked in gravel in the back where the bums were... the assistant manager had a lil attitude in the beginning I guess he felt he should talk crazy right me since the location are where the hoes are so sad

Small parking lot but they have a open area also for parking
Super nice people working there. It is literally a street away from fremont and you can get Uber at the plaza.

Se went during some renovations in the lobby were happening and there was some noise but other than that our stay was very pleasant!
We stayed in one of the re modeled rooms and we love it! Very easy access to our room. Clean sheets and towels. Staff was amazingly accommodating!
