Nothing, it was perfect!!

This house was perfect in every way! The location was ideal for visiting Hershey Park and Chocolate World. The house itself was perfectly appointed, with plenty of space to relax and be together. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful shower with excellent water pressure, and it was great having a half bath downstairs. There was a coffee station in the dining room, which was very appreciated. Checkin and checkout were easy, too. I highly recommend staying here!!

The main issue we had was that there are no outlets in the bathroom or places to sit items in the bathroom or bedrooms. The outlets are limited in the bedrooms too. It’s an older home, so it’s understandable. It would be helpful to have some kind of dresser or tables in the rooms to place things on to do hair & makeup. Each room had one bedside table, but nothing larger.

The house is older, but well maintained and clean. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the living room, kitchen & dining room is downstairs. The full-bath is also upstairs and a half-bath (toilet & sink) is downstairs.

Problem with the heat, it wouldn’t shut off, had the ac maxed out to keep it cool. Only issue.

**NOT A TWO BATH HOME** Right on Main Road. I will have to say that this house is likely a wonderful accommodation for a small family. It is an older home, and smells like an older home. Unfortunately, I was in Hershey attending a work conference and with a coworker. The first thing to note is that this house is right on a MAIN ROAD and the traffic noise is unbearable, especially while trying to sleep. Notably, for the person sleeping in the front room, which was me. After entering the house, my coworker and I looked around and it's that scenario where you're deciding who gets what bedroom, etcetera. We couldn't help but notice that there is only ONE bathroom upstairs. The listing states this is a TWO bathroom home. It is NOT. It is a one and a half bath home (that second half bath is downstairs, outside the dining room). This posed a huge problem which set off an hour and a half of calling 3 separate agencies to try to rectify this. Maybe another property we could move to? As I said, I was there with a coworker and us sharing the SAME bathroom wasn't an option. I contacted Karen, who advised she was contact for the property and texted me that day a welcome text. Karen said she couldn't help and to contact Evolve, the booking agency. After contacting Evolve they stated I needed to contact Booking.com. What a mess! My coworker left and checked into the hotel, literally in the parking lot next to this house. Booking.com did refund me $206 for my "troubles". For the two nights we were there it was $1032. I was advised it was "just listed incorrectly" and that it "should state it is 1.5 bath, not two". I would have preferred to have a home that was accurately described, pay the agreed upon fee and attend the conference. The partial refund is appreciated but didn't help in the long run. It certainly didn't cover her hotel stay next door! BEWARE - if you are looking for TWO BATHROOMS, not here. QUIET, not here.

Unfortunately the location on the busy East Chocolate avenue was very loud. Cars driving all night and very loud especially in the first bedroom. The air conditioning controllers were extremely difficult to use. It was warm in the night and we could not get them to turn on. It was impossible with the noise to open the windows. Also in the back of the house was train tracks and trains ran almost 24/7 also very loud. Also the kitchen sink was leaking all over the kitchen floor and we had to have plumber come to fix it

We were not provided any breakfast.
