Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The front door locked seemed to not have enough battery and struggled to unlock, took like 4 tries one night at 1 am and I thought I was going to be locked out, but it did eventually work thankfully. It definitely is a lot of house for one person, great for families! Trader Joe's tea is terrible haha. Other than that this place is wonderful and I'd absolutely stay again!
Very close to downtown, and the flat was super clean. Walkable downtown area, saved on Ubers being so close to everything. The tv had all of the major streaming platforms.

Absolutely nothing!
We LOVED this place and immediately started talking about our next visit …. Close to everything and a super cool layout for our family of four. Boys were able to escape to “their room” and dad and I enjoyed some quiet time. We skied all day and parking in back was safe and convenient for coming and going. Ogden is way cooler than we imagined and this place exceeded our expectations! House was spotless, comfy and hip - kitchen included everything you could possible want - thanks, we will be back! Oh and what is up with the dog mountain playground next door - so cool?!!!!

The bathroom lacks storage for toiletries. A shelf next to the sink would be a nice addition.
The place appears to have been remodeled recently. It has great finishes (granite counters) in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans for cooking. The living room had a sofa and 2 chairs with a large TV. The house was quite cozy.

This apartment has been remodeled recently, and is comfortable. There were just 2 of us, but there are beds for 6. I think 6 adults would feel crowded in the kitchen and with one bathroom, but 2-4 adults or a family with kids will do just fine in this space. The space is nicely appointed, the WiFi was reliable and extremely fast, the heat works well and is comfortable, and parking is very convenient with dedicated spaces in a lot out back. I think more cars could easily fit on the street too. Check in was easy with a code based door lock. The location is a few blocks' walk from some Ogden restaurants, and about a 25 minute drive from Snowbasin (which is why we were visiting).

No mention of shoes not being warn in facility within description. Was provided after we booked. Tough for any older individuals like my parents who both have back issues and need a cane to walk around. Having all wood floors made it a little difficult for them to walk around with out us helping them or making sure they didnt slip. So they didnt stay 2nd night. Also felt bad for people downstairs as floors creaked when walking around and any heavy footing could be heard since shoes could not be worn. Didnt have instructions on how to lock door when leaving unit, however eventually figured it out. Shower liner for bath tub was a bit short but manageable. Mattress in sofa bed had light dip on right side which made it a little uncomfortable. Took a while to locate sheets/extra pillows for sofa bed. Used extra pillows from bunk beds. Did also have crumbs of things inside that we had to clean off before adding a sheet. There were several large spiders we killed in main bedroom, bathroom and living room.
Close to Hospital, stores and gas station. Parking was ample for bigger vehicle and had 2 spots. AC worked great!

Unfortunately king bed had a large dip in right side, One top bunk you couldn't sleep in as it was completely sunk in. Needed dusting on all pictures and lights. The toilet paper wasn't even single ply so that was very disappointing. No mirrors except in the bathroom made it hard to get ready with multiple people staying, along with only one tv. Most enjoy to watch a little something before bed(definitely not a must). However it was in a great location, clean and very nice white sheets and towels. I do not want to come across as it being bad, as it definitely was not.
The home Was very clean for most part, and everything was fresh and new which was nice. Decent amenities. And nice appliances.

More shelves needed in the bathroom. Need something to hold toothpaste and brash.
Great location in downtown of Ogden. Very close to all city attractions. Safe and clean area. Property newly renovated, modern, clean and spacious with a great approach utilizing its space. Also, it has 2 designated parkings spots.
