Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThis is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid. be aware this is not on the shuttle route for Bryce Canyon
Very last minute booking due to change of plan. The motel looks shabby (all needs painting) but the room was clean, the air con worked well and the shower had plenty of hot water. Wi-fi was very good. The restaurant next door is basic but good. Happy to recommend

United States of AmericaPool area was not very inviting...Could use some work on sprucing up. Breakfast although hot and free could use a better cook perhaps. Sorry to say as the people were so wonderful it compensated for any small lacks.
Lobby and front desk were wonderful and fun. Very gracious people. Rooms were fun and comfortable. Great location, Beautiful scenery. No problems with wifi.

United KingdomThe shower didn't work that well and it was very cold in the room but the heater was too loud to sleep with so by the morning the room was freezing. I expected better for the price.
Convenient to get into the park and the breakfast was varied compared to other places we visited near national parks in America. Bed was comfortable.

Such good staff! Breakfast was basic but plentiful and the service was good. Please though, get a toaster that works better than global warming. A perfect spot to explore the canyon. Room above us was quite noisy. Not the fault of the staff. The laundry was a bonus. Well worth a stay

United States of AmericaThere was only hot water most of the time in my room which was annoying. Room could be a little cleaner. There was a gap under the rooms door which could be an issue in colder seasons. More hairs then I would like left over from previous guests.
The location was great. Was clean enough compared to other motels in the area. A/C worked great. Free breakfast

United States of AmericaDark, dreary room, walls were painted charcoal gray. No batteries in the TV remote?!? But the owner brought us a set to fix the problem. Clock / radio didn't work. Place was super old and needed some structure work, but the location was awesome. Pool was cold and very small. Most of the visitors who were staying there were ATV owners and they were loud and rowdy.
Location. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Owners were very kind and helpful.

CanadaThe breakfast is handled by the restaurant next to the hotel, not the hotel itself. Being allergic to gluten, I asked about what was served for breakfast. No one at the hotel knew what was served... The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30am but nothing was ready at 7:45am... We left without eating...
The location is great, very close to Bryce Canyon and quiet. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

United States of AmericaIt said “ soundproof “ room which I chuckled about. It was NOT soundproof. I heard the cars on the road & I had trouble falling asleep. The shower head looks great but it is not…sadly.

United States of AmericaCold shower. Resort fee for absolutely NOTHING. Bad breakfast.
Great location. Had to let my wife get the hot shower. Mine was ice cold. Nice people who are working on making this a good stop. Breakfast was not good. I will leave it at that. Didn't use our second-day coupon for free breakfast because it wasn't worth it. Went to the Pines and had a great breakfast. They are close. Pool is working now. Just need a hot shower after all those sweaty hikes. It's okay. Cowboy Restaurant is fabulous! They rent from the hotel owners but they are very good. Don't let that crappy free breakfast scare you off. The folks who run lunch and dinner do a fabulous job of offering great food and great drinks. That is pretty much it.

AustraliaThe motel is not near the town. It is dated.
The room we booked smelled liked takeaway food. We were moved to a new room which was bigger than the room we booked. The motel is about about a 10 minute drive from Bryce Canyon. They provide free breakfast

United States of AmericaThe cabin was definitely dated but I didn't mind. The breakfast was not good (instant eggs, box pancakes) so we made food in our room. We tried the restaurant next door and found it expensive and middling quality.
The cabin we stayed in had plenty of room, which was nice on a day we wanted to relax in the cabin for a while. I had to do remote work, and fortunately the wifi worked great. The kitchenette was tiny but functional.
