There was really no breakfast other than cereal and coffee. Water at breakfast was $1.00 per bottle. No Toast. No Donuts or danish. No waffle or pancake machine. If you plan on using internet, ask them for the password. They didn't give it to me. Refrigerator had no freezer section. Location is hard to get to if coming from the north. Exhaust fan in bathroom is connected to a heat lamp, so if you run the exhaust, you roast yourself. Water tasted funny, like it had soap in it.

Beds were ok for comfort. A/C worked. A/C noise blocked traffic sound from internet. Ice machine was working.

The TV didn't work, and the room next door had dogs in it that wouldn't shut up. The location of the place has been placed in a inconvenient spot since all the construction in I35 down through the years so it was easier to get to it taking the back roads. That's really the only issues I had here.

Nice and basic, nothing fancy. The room and furniture was nicely laid out. The room was very affordable. The staff member was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the TV not working and she did everything she could to address the problem. After checkout, she contacted me to let me know a phone has been left behind in that room so we were able to go back and get it. Being located next to a couple stores and quite a few places to eat was nice also.

Bed was on the hard side. Access in and out is difficult on Friday/Saturday due to backed up traffic on the service road. We went to a restaurant for breakfast because the limited choice was not what we needed.

We chose this motel because of location to our event. The room was fairly clean. They provide 3 large towels standard, which we need for 2 people. The ice machine worked. Left A/C on continuous and it drowned out the interstate noise and loud people outside in the parking lot.

It saddened me greatly that the rental ad stated outside pool, even at checkin nothing was mentioned different. And yet when we came to use the pool the second day after a long day of driving the day before we were told the pool had been filled in several months before with cement. Im sorry thats inexcusable on all levels, update the rental ad, post a sign in the office, at least offer a partial refund, do something since you dont plan on having amenities that you are advertising, this is plain wrong and should be illegal.

The rom was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a large party of 3 women and 3 men in 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and accessable for my walker and mobility scooter. Breakfast was fresh with choices. Staff were available each morning to address our needs as needed. Staff were helpful in dinding restaurants near by.

Bathroom was literally falling apart. Ceiling was moldy and falling down. Walls were moldy and dirty Tha water pressure was non existing. Towel rack in bathroom was broken and a huge hole, couldn't use. Parking was VERY TIGHT.

It was dirty, there was hair in the bathtub; the sheets were dirty. I had a cockroach in my room as well. The free breakfast was honey buns and cereal. There was no waffles or anything else.

I had booked online with my credit card after JUST getting out of the hospital for a week. Arrived around 10pm and they GAVE MY RESERVATION AWAY STATING THEY HAD CALLED ME--THEY DID NOT!! THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE AND HAD AN "OH WELL" ATTITUDE. I have stayed here several times and given this hotel a lot of money. I've never had an issue before now, but this was a huge one!! Unf, I won't be back and no longer recommend this hotel. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY OR HONORABLE HERE LIKE I ONCE THOUGHT!!!!

I called and was told there was electric. After we were hit with a tornado and I wanted a place that had electric for me and my family. So I booked it. I got there and there was no electric. I waited and called the number again made sure it was that exact place the guy again said there WAS electricity so I sent my husband in and there again was NO electricity.

I didn’t like anything, I’ve asked for a refund and never got it.
