Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

You can tell it was renovated, I think it could have been a little bit more done to it to make it feel a lot nicer and safer .
It was cheaper than other properties and was a good location as far as right in the middle of everything that was pretty nice actually.

People living in the rooms. I was given a room at the very back of the property and visually watched drug deals openly in the parking lot

The location of this property and activities taking place on the property grounds appeared to be less safe than other options; was not aware of this until after check-in. Vehicles were blocking my vehicle in and parked improperly, not within the marked parking lines; parked perpendicularly. The room lacked sufficient lighting and the bathroom was in need of cleaning and repair.
Upon arriving, I asked to check in if the room was available and the front desk representative stated no problem. After requesting my credit card to be on file for incidentals, I was charged an additional $20 for accessing my room less than 60 minutes before check-in time was posted; without any advance notice of this policy, practice, or amount.

Cold water shower. Fact the man demanded payment and couldn’t wait ten minutes as if I were a disturbance. God painted on furniture. Unclean bathroom used soap still on tub.
The fact it was in town. Over priced per charge considering the place is a complete dump. Rude owner. All about money. Rooms are nasty and unclean. Never cleaned bathrooms. Charges 75-95.00 and if you want cheap go to Baymont Rickenbacker. Loud music drugs and who knows what goes on. Not a good place to stay.

They can do better for the rate. Columbus has better cheaper rooms

Very pricey for how dated and worn out it was. The room was listed $75 and then they charged their own $10 tax and then the states tax was added on top of that. They $10 fee was unnecessary.
The staff was nice. Price for Pets is low.

Walls of Room need to be painted. Coffee was there for coffee maker, but no cups. No creamer or sweetener for coffee. No cups for use.
Mostly peaceful. Bed was comfortable. Tv worked good. Well lit inside.

The room was filthy, feces smeared on the wall, flies everywhere. Large gaps around the door. Very little lighting, no television. They should have their franchise taken away. Never changed our sheets, removed the trash.

Floor had very notable sloop toward entry door, therefore the Rolling knee rover 'escaped' very out of reach. Bath could have been cleaner but they seem to be updating process.

Most of the staff are rude, except the guy with the sunglasses.. he has the best communication skills and a great attitude toward the people staying here.

The rooms were dirty and the area or the clientele was pretty shaky. My husband slept with his gun by a side all night. Unless you have to lay your head somewhere, avoid this place.

Everything it was the worst and I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was the worst
Absolutely nothing it was horrible the sheets was covered in some kind of red marker the locks on the door was broke there's mold on bathroom wall no phone the microwave didn't work the mini fridge was dirty inside the lamp didn't work I killed about 10 bed bugs and the smell was horrible plus there was drugs being used in the rooms next to us it was the worst experience I have had
