We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe rooms need to be redone. The carpet was sticky. There were holes on the walls and whoever trys to do their drywall work has no idea what the are doing. Very few TV channels. The bathroom door had fallen apart and was screwed back together and wouldn't close. For the price they charge the rooms should be in better condition. It's like they don't care.
The location is great. Close to the ball park and the AT&T stadium. We went to the Chris Rock Rodeo and was able to walk to the stadium and I have physical conditions. So not bad at all.

When we complained about the room we were first given (btw this place wasn’t very booked) they ended up giving us a room toward the middle of the motel and it was 100xs better.

United StatesThe shower looked like it had a mold problem at some point that was just painted over, and there were bits of ceiling texture all over the floor in places that don't seem like they get vacuumed often, like under the edge of the bed.
We liked how close it was to the events we had traveled to see, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked really well (almost too well truthfully).

I guess I was supposed to ask for house keeping to come through,because they not once came to my room. Good thing I always pack my own stuff for a stay anywhere I go. The only thing saving this place is that it’s clean and its location to the stadium.
