You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

i was upset again because someone spilled coffee on top on second floor and one of your cleaners sweeped coffee from top floor on to my car and made it sticky , 6 out of 10 times i wasnt happy ...i spend some money at this place and at howthorn also the other one was in a hurry for me to leave and the turned my room card off 20min tell check out and i ask the lady at the front desk she told me .....im going turn it back on for 15min and i should i had to be out i said yes 20min she said ten min and i pointed at the clock and i said 20min....im sure your cameras will confurm what i say is true

United States of AmericaNoisy. Frequent arguments outside, felt like no insulation between upper and lower floor. Not the best area...especially for women travelling alone. I would not have felt safe if I hadn't had my Doberman with me. I use Motel 6 because of the recent interior up-grades; and because of their pet policy. I book through Booking.com and did not find out that this location is not cat friendly until after I paid for the night. This should be highlighted before people book; as all the other locations I have stayed at have been "pet friendly"; no restrictions on cats.

United States of AmericaWe expected the room to be ADA, the facility's were not ADA. Putting a bar in the shower doesn't make it ADA. The TV didn't work and the Management knew this. When we brought this to the night clerk's attention he gave us a pretend discount. The full amount was taken out of my bank.
Close to The Expo Center. Our Grandson was competing in the Oregon State Wrestling Tournament. Easy access.

Single-pane windows and no weather stipping around doors. So much road and train noise, I had a pillow over my head ALL night!

United States of AmericaThe pool was closed. One of the big reasons I booked a room at this motel was for the pool. You can't advertise a pool then have it closed for seemingly no reason! The bed also felt a lot smaller than a standard queen size. Overall, $94 for one night here wouldn't have been so bad if everything was as-advertised but I wouldn't have paid $94 to stay here if I knew the bed was small and the pool was closed. Very disappointing.
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I like the updates made to the flooring, furniture, and bathroom.

United States of AmericaOur room was right next to the train tracks and trains ran approximately every hour. The air conditioning unit helped to mute the sound (horns were never blown.) It's definitely an older building, but it was kept clean in the room. The pool looked great, but wasn't open, unfortunately.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

The pool, which was part of the reason I chose this facility, was closed. I did receive a notification about this, the day before check in. That was not enough time to book somewhere else.

The windows DO NOT lock!!! Very scary. Especially with just women and children. Had to put the towel bar in the window.
