Everything was perfect except seeking tips all the time from every one of the staff. Since it was very expensive resort it's not nice to still pay more and every one looks to your money

Could have used a better sign from the street at the turn into the resort. Could have used some more seating around the pool.

Loved the resort. This was my first all-inclusive and it was beautiful. The pictures show exactly what the resort looks like in person.

No beach. Sea Senor for supper wasn’t good. That place is better as a lunch place.

The property was beautiful. Our room was beautiful. Could probably use a paint job..We were disappointed that there was no beach/ocean access other than a small area where all of the water toys were kept. I liked the bikes so that you could get around. The people who cleaned our room did a great job every day. The food was really good, though, Sea Senor for supper wasn’t that good. They are best to be a lunch spot.

Only con was for the price you are paying the tips should be included. To solve the issue they could provide a section at checkout where you can enter tip amount on your bill to specific staff that stood out. Having to sign for 0 bill but with suggestion for tips was little much.

Amazing Food for all inclusive and drinks were not watered down. Variety of 3 restaurants to choose from and the place was Very private Exclusive which made it even more special. Grounds beautifully maintained and very very professional staff from waiters to housekeeping.

The only draw back was the mattress was little too hard. Room delivery fee was a bit pricey for the delivery. The staff were all amazing, very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Garden tub was not ADA accessible.

I would like to have the inclusive activities available every day instead of particular days.

This was one of the best birthday vacations ever! Wes (property tour guide) was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. Shery, who was our waitress multiple times, was the absolute best! Our housekeeper checked on us like no other! She made us feel like we were homeI wish I knew everyone's name because they were all fantastic. The ladies and gentlemen at the Tiki Bar, the DJ.....I could go on and on! Oh, and the food was outstanding! Now that I'm home, I don't want the food here, lol

Our anniversary stay here was extraordinary. I can not begin to describe how the staff was very pleasant, professional & amazing at what they do. This is the perfect resort to relax & have a good time. This is a very Beautiful resort with so many things to do & it’s all inclusive. Food and drinks were amazing. This resort was worth it based off the customer service alone.

The surroundings of the plants and trees was amazing. The feeling of peace and calm was incredible. The food was insanely delicious and now I'm going to have to go on a diet. LOL

Food a huge disappointment and mediocre for an all inclusive property…definitely expected better. Early check in/late check out fee is a bit unreasonable and zero flexibility.

The only negative was our particular bungalow had a bit of a septic smell and was pretty noticeable every time we entered but then I guess we got used to it. I thought about asking to switch to a different bungalow but I really liked having the end unit location and also we didn’t want to deal with a move hassle.

It is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and private.
