Staff feeling comfortable enough to complain about management to guests. Reservation requirements for dinner with the limited amount of dining options. No fishing charters readily available, suggested or advertised.

Bartenders were very personable and attentive. Only called the front desk a couple times, but it was refreshing when I did, to have staff arrive momentarily vice receiving instruction or direction. Food was good. All beef dishes, from filet mignon to steak wraps tremendously lacked flavor.

All food was wonderful and drinks were all top shelf. The room and private outdoor area in each cabana was amazing and secluded.

The bed mattress needs to be turned 180, so the head is not lower than the foot. The blanket on the end of the bed was dirty/stained. The bungalow porch should be swept daily to keep the sand down in the bungalow. Sweeping and mopping of the bungalow should have been better. Up charge for preferred liquor. Not knowing how much your meal is to properly tip.

The location felt like a private island, beautiful, exotic, and very well maintained. Staff is warm and friendly yet professional. Food 5 star dining quality, amazingly great everywhere we ate. Drinks are perfect. Private areas for rest and romance. Social areas for meeting other guests. Resort large enough to accommodate guests and not feel uncomfortably crowded yet small enough to walk or ride a bike anywhere you want to go.

Breakfast in room option should be included in cost. Better inter-facility transport should be better available for people having trouble walking.

I can’t really think of anything we didn’t like.

The staff were very friendly. They treated us well. Our first time at an all inclusive resort and it was a great experience. They feed you good too! The room was clean. Free waters and sodas in room.

Our 1st room was saturated in a smoke smell to the point where the front desk person was visibly off-put when bringing us in there. We moved to a 2nd room and it was not all that much better. Who the heck still smokes in a small, closed hotel room despite the resort tellilng you there is no smoking? The upstairs mediterranean restaurant ambiance felt like a cafeteria. For an all-inclusive place I felt like I was consistently proposed something that had an additional cost much more than when I've have had all-inclusive in the past. Overall I felt the price vs. the experience was excessive but I guess that's what we have to pay to keep kids out (which I guess makes it worth it).

A cute, quaint and thankfully quiet resort. The steakhouse restaurant experience was one of the best we've had. Rooms were comfortable and well laid out, the patio and outdoor shower was a bonus. Food overall was prepared well and service was decent.
