My only issue - and this is a personal preference- the twin beds were very firm.

The property is in a fantastic location , away from the town hiding in the mountain but still only a few minutes to the town . Our welcome and the hospitality was warm and we felt like part of the family. Our quaint room was clean and comfortable, with all we needed for the stay. We would definitely recommend this location and would stay again

These folks are wonderful hosts—warm, friendly, gracious, and aim to please. Our room was clean, well-appointed. Plenty of towels, even for the pool. Breakfast was terrific, especially offering GF/DF options.

Everything!! Just amazing all around!!!

No real complaints. We had our own exit on the first floor, which was very nice. The room above us was occupied and we could hear them moving around, but no conversation. You may want to bring earplugs if you are not as lucky to get quiet neighbors.

Very clean, beautiful historical building. Donna was super nice and gave us great dining recommendations.

There wasn’t anything particular that we didn’t like!

The hosts Doug & Donna were very welcoming! The Inn is very quiet in the forest but a 5 mins drive into North Conway main st. with restaurants & shops. There are lots of beautiful places to visit from the Inn. It’s a quaint place to be for a few nights.

The steps were very steep going up to our room, which was difficult to maneuver at our age.

The breakfast was good and very nice service. Nice TV room in basement for watching sports on a Saturday.

The amount of time we stayed. Wasn’t long enough. We were sad to leave. Time goes too fast.

Donna and Doug were amazing. Extremely kind and welcoming. The place was very clean and adorable. We were very happy with our room. The breakfast and the service was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute there. We loved Tilly their sweet golden doodle. She’s extremely friendly and really worked hard helping at the desk. So cute. The whole experience was fabulous. We can’t wait to go again

We LOVED everything!

Breakfast was comprised of fresh eggs (served once as an omelet and again as a dropped egg on avacado toast), yogurt, fruits and homemade granola. Delicious! Inn Keeper and Chef Doug was an attentive host ensuring our satisfaction. His goal is to feed you enough so you don't need lunch and he totally succeeds in his effort! The Inn is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Donna is a wonderful hostess and presents a warm and welcoming environment for her guests. Both Donna and Doug are great resources for local sites and dining establishments. We are grateful for their hospitality and will make Buttonwood a destination again in the future!
