Great potentials but Poor management: luck of toiletries, kitchen not equipped, only two burners working out of four on the stove, Outdated TVs, weak WiFi.

I've stayed in worse. It needed a good cleaning, bedding could use some bleach and a good soak. Just some touch up here and there, it would be absolutely adorable. Beds to me were hard as hell, but everyone else liked them. Rented 3 rooms, each room had something that needed fixed.

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Freeland. It was close to where we wanted to go. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty, floors were dirty, bug crawling on the floor by the door, mattress under the sheets were dirty, shower leaked and sprayed all over the place when filled the tub to bathe, outdated curtains and accessories. Rusty door and room needed painting.

The bathroom ceiling tiles were open with paper stuffed in. Kind of creepy.

this place really needs some serious maintenance and upgrade. loose floor tiles in the bathroom. water stains in the ceiling above the shower. very noisy ac / heating unit.
breakfast is decent - nice belgian waffle machine. there's also cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, muffins. location is good. staff is very friendly.

I booked a two-night stay at Red Roof Inn in Hazleton since there were no available accommodations in Jim Thorpe. I chose this hotel because of its decent reviews on Booking.com and its reasonable price. Upon entering our room, I immediately noticed black dog hairs on the bed sheets. I called the front desk to request a new set, and the staff member—who I believe is also the manager—came to inspect the room. He was clearly disappointed with the cleaning staff’s work. Instead of just replacing the sheets, he was considerate enough to offer us an upgraded room, which was a nice gesture. The hotel has potential but could use some minor renovations to enhance the overall experience. The location is convenient, and the included breakfast is definitely a plus. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, this place could be an even better option for travelers.

When I arrived, I was checked-in, given a room lkeycard, but when I went to the room it was not cleaned and looked like someone was still staying there. I informed management and was given another room. I was there with my girlfriend. I paid for a room with a queen bed. I was given a room with 2 full size beds. I was told that is all they had available. I tried to take a shower after midnight and there was no hot water. It was a smoking roon but had no ashtrays. I was not happy about my stay! I will not stay there again.

The place is pretty dated for the price. I don't mind that not everything is updated and modern but I think the price could have been a little less considering.
The beds were really comfortable, the staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work. There was condensation and rust around the windows. Some dirt on the floor. The heating unit was loud and kept waking us up as it came on and went off through the night. The door to the room didn't close completely, and you could see light coming in around the edges. Only the extra latch on the inside kept it closed.

Needs updated! Especially the bathroom. And although we did some how got a smoking room & don't smoke. It smelled strongly of cigarettes.
The staff was supper helpful & friendy. And though not many choices, the breakfast was good & included.
