Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesMy navigation system took us to the wrong side of the property and there was only one way roads around the property. That was very frustrating especially when you have never been there late at night. Also that you have to pay for parking, even though they have parking at the hotel, this ridiculous, if you are paying to stay at a hotel that is already included in the price. This is bad political politics.
Pretty clean and felt pretty safe while on the property.

United StatesNo one had any clue how parking worked. It was added to our bill at check in, and when asked how the system knows we already paid when leaving, we were told “press the button”. Well the button didn’t work. We ended up paying for parking twice. After multiple attempts to connect with someone on the phone, we were refunded. It is unfortunate that multiple extra calls had to be taken after specific questions were asked about parking. Not many restaurants close to this hotel location.
The property was very clean. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful!! The staff at the counter weren’t as friendly and weren’t able to answer questions efficiently, especially about parking.

CanadaNeighbors were loud and fighting quite a bit.. Would quiet down after a while but it seemed there were long term rentals within the facility which maybe should be disclosed. Otherwise no complaints about our stay.
Great location to the convention centre and easily accessible via car to the restaurants by the university.

United StatesNothing comes to mind. The location might not be the best for everyone. It didn't seem like there were many tourist sites nearby but we didn't do much exploring since we were there for a conference in the neighborhood.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a nice bar and restaurant, we only ate breakfast there on the last morning with a large group of other people, and everyone enjoyed the meal. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and open. Location was perfect for what we needed and was easy to access by the light rail.

United StatesThe WiFi was not working in the hotel room until they reset the router again. It was still weak, but worked. The TV was not working sometimes; may have needed to replace the one in the room I was staying. Hallways were a little dirty with some scattered garbage.
Very kind and accommodating staff! The pool area was open until 11pm and included a hot tub and ping pong table. Parking was less expensive than other hotels downtown and the hotel held my luggage after checkout for free.

United StatesThe parking (trying to figure out how to get into the parking lot) was completely crazy. We probably had to go around the block 3 or 4 times to figure out where to enter (based on the direction app I was using). It was $15 to park for a night which isn’t crazy, but I wish it was included in the stay since the hotel was already a bit on the pricy side. Oh also, we got stuck with a room right next to the pool. It was quite loud. I didn’t notice it so much at night time (but we were at a concert). In the morning about 800 or 815am though I was awoken by kids screaming and being loud. That wasn’t fun.
I liked the location. We were going to the US bank stadium and it was extremely easy to get there by walking. When we returned, they had fresh chocolate chip cookies. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

United StatesOnly thing I didn't enjoy was that I had a room facing the pool and could easily hear everything going on in the pool (mostly loud children playing).
Was here for 5 nights and had a great stay. Convenient location in city center, 10-15 mins from the heart of downtown. Staff was all friendly and always accommodating.

IsraelThe location is close to the convention center, but all over downtown there are homeless people and drug addicts. Not a place to go around by yourself. The hotel is secure and locked.

United StatesI don’t like that it doesn’t come with breakfast included with the stay since they have a restaurant. Considering the price of the stay, and the restaurant in the hotel is pretty expensive. But that may just be me being used to cheaper places 😅
Stayed here for an event at the armory and I loved that it was within walking distance. It was super clean and very comfortable.

United StatesDidn’t like the person in the morning who stated they were transgender, and also passive-aggressive since their mother and grandma were New Yorkers. As if, that gave them an excuse to be rude. Which they were and also lied to say, I had a different room. Overall, a bit loud and always a lack of coffee.
The restaurant and bar were a nice addition and bistro sets outside were very European.
