Not sure if it's got something to do with the licensing laws in Utah but the hotel could have had a bar.

Firstly the location for accessing Bryce Canyon was excellent! Our room was large, clean and had everything we needed. There was free wifi in the room and a handy fridge. The hotel had a great supermarket, gift shop and hotel lobby. There was no bar but we could grab a beer from the shop and sit in the comfy sofas in the lobby and chill out. The hotel had a restaurant inside and a diner next door. The breakfast buffet was great with loads of options to choose from. There was an indoor pool that we didn't use but looked great.

The room we stayed in on the Ponderosa section of the property needs a ventilator in the restroom. The moisture leftover from the shower lingers in the bedroom when you enter.

Impersonal staff, “included” breakfast buffet is in an attached restaurant and you are expected to tip the staff even if you just want to grab your food and sit down. No elevator to upper floor.

The only recreational area was either the indoor pool which was very crowded, or the area outside the store which was also very busy.

The hotel was extremely convenient to the park. Breakfast was good, especially considering the number of people they cater for. The soup and salad option for dinner was incredibly good value.

Rooms not well insulated. Heard loud stomping from overhead. Very noisy room. Hard to sleep.

Being from NZ we are not used to all the plastic and wastage used at the breakfasts so it would be good to see some compostable solutions introduced. That being said the breakfast set us up for the day.

The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. We had dinner onsite and it was good food and value for money. We enjoyed the Store and being able to buy some lunch for our day out travelling.

Standard room but clean and could park at the door. Breakfast was included and fine. The restaurant for dinner was casual dining and on site which was a real plus. Probably the best choice in Bryce.

Not many other dining options besides Ruby’s. The bath tub was not installed properly and felt like we’d put our foot through it. Also water temperature erratic either burning hot or freezing cold. What’s up with a baggie of clean towels hanging outside our door? A little weird…

A few of the wait staff at breakfast were not helpful. The half size pillows were not that comfortable.

The included buffet breakfast made the stay good value. The staff were willing and able to accommodate our request to change rooms after the first night. All we needed in one complex.

The upstairs guest was walking heavily during the night. It was too noisy to stay on the first floor .

The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty towels in the bathroom. Nearby restaurants are good.

$30/day pet fee was steep though, one-time or less per day is more reasonable; but we appreciated the place by the riverwalk to have him with us. It was very oriented towards making profits (bit of a tourist trap); but it was worth it and Clean.

It was pretty Close to Bryce Canyon, (Which is Awesome!); it had a pool and nice facilities, Tours could be organized directly here, it included a buffet breakfast, a Restaurant, and allowed our dog💖

The only minor thing was breakfast was not huge as offering was sort of limited for sweet. But no big issue.

The location is extremely convenient, just at 5min drive from the park entrance. Staff is kind and attentive Room was clean and big. Plenty of parking space as well

The free breakfast did not work out for us. The line to get into the restaurant was exceptionally long, even during the week, so we did not do it. They need to get a better system.

Location could not have been better. The room was large for today's standards. The entire complex had everything that a traveler could possibly need.

We were in the first floor. The people in the room above us were very noisy. Even walking can be heard through the ceiling.

The property was noisy, but the location was nice. The staff was not overly friendly but they were efficient.

Great hotel. Big rooms. 2 beds are standard rooms. Very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices The dinner was also great with a lot of choices and fair price. You should notice that everything around closes at 8 pm, also the hotel restaurant. So make sure to arrive before, otherwise you will stay without food.

Coffee maker in the room didn't work. You have to walk 5 min in the cold to get to the location where they serve breakfast.
