Very clean. Convenient parking. Nice free breakfast spread. Easy walk to beach. Pleasant friendly staff. Enjoyed having 2 separate bedrooms within one room.

Walls are thin. Will definitely ask for top floor next time.

I absolutely loved the location! First time in VA Beach. Always something to do in walking distance. Love Music & they had live Music on Beach@ the Park. Staff was extremely nice. Pleasant atmosphere. Great Breakfast. I plan to return Annually!

The pool and location were great! The hotel is older and has some issues of wear but we had a great time! The breakfast had gluten free options (great for me).

It was a little pricey considering other hotels we’ve stayed at. One of them a few doors down from this one!

Didn't like the location of the toilet paper holder in the bathroom..had to be a contortionist to reach it.

Room is very spacious 2 king beds ..nicely decorated.

Beautiful views and so close to the beach. Bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning would make a banging sound every time it turned on and would wake us and the baby up every single time. Sounded like someone was trying to break in the room.

While I understand, the no smoking on the balcony is something I did not like.

Clean, comfortable with an exceptional breakfast and staff. Ask for certain accommodations before we arrived and they went above and beyond for me and my family.

Everything was amazing. The housekeeper was wonderful and very caring.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was also very clean. Housekeeping was very good, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was a nice size with an actual tub. Water pressure was great and the hot water was constantly available and could support 4 people showering back-to-back. This hotel offers a free breakfast and has a very large selection. Location was perfect. Our room had a fantastic view. We were right on the beach. Parking was convenient and close to our room. We were able to walk to many restaurants, food places, and I'm not scenic areas.

Only thing we didn't like but was not a deal breaker, was that the breakfast was served between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM only, and it was served in a dining room, and you are not able to bring food back up to your room. It got very busy and the dining area was not very large.

Right in the middle of it all. Fantastic location and clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!

A little bit of a wait for the elevator in the mornings!

Quality of the toilet paper. It reminded me of my trip to Mexico when I had to use the facilities on a trip to a small village. I only say this because everything else was of such high quality that I was amazed by this strange shortcoming .
