The hotel is nice but needs some TLC. The queen room was extremely small and no mini fridge as well which was annoying to me. The family apartment was bigger but the sofa-bed was from the 90s with brutal springs to laid down over.

Hands down the location which was prime and staff that was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms were sparkling clean.

Bed and sheets were clean but the carpet needed some work there was some bread crumbs or something, the tvs only had one remote, things were just a little outdated. The no onsite parking was a little inconvenient but it was a really good price.

This is clearly an older building and they have done a wonderful job keeping it as up to date as possible. It is also right down town, so space is limited. Everything was just right for my needs as a solo traveler.

Fantastic location in downtown Chicago gave me walkable access to popular attractions and two blocks for major train lines. The rooms was comfortable as was the bed, and everything was very clean.

Housekeeping had to be requested. On the first day, our room wasn’t serviced at all—not even with the "light" service. The floor wasn’t vacuumed until the third day, and only after we specifically asked for it. (The day before, our room had been made up, but the floor was still not vacuumed.) One of the two elevators serving the Central Loop floors was out of service for the entire length of our stay. (There are four elevators in total—two for Central Loop guests and two for Club Quarters guests.)

We loved the location—right in the heart of the Loop/Financial District. There was easy access to all major subway lines, including the Blue Line to and from the airport. Our room was a decent size. The only downside was that our window faced the fire escape stairs and the wall of a nearby building. A better view—even just onto Adams Street—would have made this a 10/10. The reception staff were very responsive and helpful.

The net curtains are feeling the effects of the sun and are fraying and falling apart. That’s minor though.

It was not possible to open the window, so the only way to get fresh air was air conditioner (very loud). Always take the elevator downstairs - the stairs looked like emergency only.

Very central, comfortable bed, pretty big room with everything you need, including hair dryer, iron, coffee machine, etc. ice machine and drinking water for free in the hall.
