While the front desk attendant was quick, I got the overall sense when I came up for things that I was bothering her. Some mold on the shower stall track and cup rings on the table.

The view was fantastic. The front desk attendant was quick. The rooms were pretty clean and am so happy to have a room with no carpet. For our one-night stay and the price, we were pretty happy. I'd stay here again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property.

The location was great! The pool was nice and there was a bar, but we didn’t use it during our stay. The staff were nice and were quick to get us into another room when we arrived due to there being a mix-up snd being put in a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet.

Not knowing we had to put dirty towels outside door and request clean ones until a couple days into our stay.

The only issues I had with my stay was that I wasn't initially made aware of how the towels were to be handled and that housekeeping wouldn't enter room without someone being there. We would have appreciated our floor at least being cleaned especially with bringing in a lot of sand from the beach, but overall, very happy with our experience.

No option to turn the balcony light off. Couldn't see the beach at night like I like too due to the bright light above my head. Apparently I'm not the only one cause looking at the balconies some had used a shirt or something to cover the light. I didn't cause I'm short and couldn't reach it. Otherwise I would have done the same. Also the pool was clean and we did use it but the pool area does need some work/maintenance.

Easy access to the beach. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Inside the hotel looks more inviting than the outside suggests.

Some water leaks in the bathroom, it seemed like coming from the room above. We saw a breakfast room that was not used, it would be nice if they offered some breakfast.

We took the room with efficiency, meaning we had a little kitchenette and we asked for a stove so we were able to have proper breakfast and snacks. The room was spacious and comfy. There was some moisture and leakage in the bathroom but honestly it didn't bother us too much. The elevator was not working some times but the technician was on it and fixed it. we loved the cosiness and empty swimming pool. The beach is also not crowded at all and really nice. Good free coffee in the morning. We loved the laundry room for a small fee (washer and dryer). You can tell that the hotel has been renovated. Note that the cleaning is only every door days but someone came every day to change Towels and provide toilet paper. They were all kind and humble.

Some issues in the room were just like where the paint was coming off around the floor board and the shower door has a gap at the bottom so when taking a shower a lot of the water goes out on the floor which we had to use our towels to soak up the water.

Loved the location, it’s a much nicer side of Myrtle beach I think so walking across the street to the beach that wasn’t very crowded was a bonus, the vibe of the hotel I liked this all white, clean, fun vibe, and the staff were very nice to us always greeted us, got us more towels as soon as we asked. I would stay here again.

The front staff was not friendly at all. Was not pleasant for you hotel business. Hotel was little outdated. Had to take out trash, no one came in the room bring fresh towels. Had to keep asking for clean towels. Bad odor smell near elevator. Elevator was slow. Pool outdated.

Wish there was a small broom and dustpan in the room for easy cleanup throughout the stay along with a larger trash can. Also wish there were more hooks in the bathroom or a clothes drying rack to hang wet bathing suits and towels.

Love that the hotel is located on a quiet section of the strip with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. Small hotel means easy access to pool and the beach is super close too with boardwalk and outdoor shower. Pool area is nice and kids loved it. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfy.
