The beds were not comfortable. Kitchen pans need to be replaced, the non-stick finish was coming off bad.

We enjoyed eating breakfast on the back patio. We also liked the playground and the wooded area surrounding the property.

It was in the middle of the forest in a beautiful setting. The place was quiet and close to wonderful hikes. We enjoyed the stay and the hosts were very accommodating, they immediately answered our requests.

They make you clean dry and put away dishes. More of an fyi The master bedrooms bed was a cheap mattress and every movement the bed shook so I think if your low maintenance youll be fine but for us it did take away a good nights rest but we enjoyed the place regardless.

Love the home smelled very clean upon arrival. I took a chance staying here as Im allergic to dogs and the trip was last minute but as clean as it was I didnt have any allergies. Pictures are exact and gaming room is not in the cabin its in a gaming room a few steps away.

The only inconvenience was the drive to the nearest grocery store was about 28 minute drive. Buy groceries before arrival.

My family loved the place. It was a very fun getaway the house was very clean. The grill out back made for great bonding time and convenience as everything is already provided. The property allows guest access to forest out back. The forest access allowed for a little hike and lots of sledding area. At the top of the hill is a great spot for pictures. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The game room was such a plus especially because my family loves arcade games. In the night time the stars look beautiful. The swing out front allows for nice view of stars.

Perfect location & the assigned parking was a nice touch. The entire process was simple and easy, check in was a breeze thanks to emails sent by the property with step by step instructions. Also loved the gas grill in the back plus the picnic table, got to barbecue some dinner and watch the sunset in the evening.

Cabin was really cute and clean. Neighborhood was very quiet. Both beds were very comfortable. It was about a 20-30 minute drive to the lakes. There are 2 restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

What a cute place. Very clean and updated inside. Loved how the back opens up into the Tonto forest and there’s easy access. Also loved that it is dog friendly! We will most likely come back in the future!

The cleanliness could have been better. The cabin had a musty, dusty smell. Too many dust "bunnies" and dirt around the refrigerator. I took a broom and swept the floor and areas between the refrigerator and stove and the wall to get the dust out. I also used the broom to get the dust "bunnies" out from under the front of the refrigerator. Once I finished sweeping, the cabin smelled less musty.

We enjoyed the location and the cabin amenities. Parking was excellent and the porch and patio areas are comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grill for cooking our chicken and the fire pit for building a small fire with wood that we got in Payson. The game room was "old school," but our son enjoyed the games. The beds were adequate. The chair cushions in the kitchen were a bit too dirty for my taste and the "living room" couch and chairs are a bit worn.

Location was perfect! Very private and maintenance was practically on call for whatever you need! Staff also texted me before my stay to check on me and make my trip perfect for my kiddos and I. I couldn’t have had a better experience with such lovely and caring staff.

The pots and pans were not useable , teflon was peeling off . A lot of the utensils were dirty including cooking utensils .Had to clean most of the stuff we used before we used it . Ended up buying two pans to cook on at Walmart. Dog hair on the chairs , stains on chairs , stains on drapes . Broom was broken . Old cigarette buds left outside ,
