Everything was great about the property. My only complaint is that the pullout sofa bed wasn’t put together correctly so it wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that our stay was great and I would still book it again!

Location was good, felt very centralized to the places we want to visit.

Sofa bed frame has a broken screw and would not pull out the first night, but was promptly and quickly repaired when we reported the problem the next morning. All else was as described

planes are landing over this house - very low and making noise

We arrived by car late in the evening, it was already dark and this was an unfamiliar place for us. We called the phone number on the booking and got a quick and clear answer. Settled very quickly, excellent secure parking with a combination lock. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing is that planes are landing over this house - very low and making noise. Plastic windows of good quality and allow you to remove this drawback. The corridors are clean and quiet. For us it was a good location and rest. We will recommend this place to our friends. Thanks to the staff for the quality service!

bed was a little more hard than I anticipated and I was under the impression that the room I booked came with access to the rooftop also tried to get parking on property but they stopped responding so I just gave up on getting it

room was nice, well insulated so you couldn’t really hear all the planes flying over, clean, and convenient location

This was more than we expected so no cons this time.

This is luxury. There's everything you need in this apartment. We had app 7D and there was even a roof top terrace! I strongly recommend you to park your vehicle in a garage. Only because it saves time and is super easy to use but is also highly secured. We met the guys from the office which is in the same building and they were helpful and polite.

Was given an appartment on the third floor; had heavy luggage and had to pull it for three flights of stairs.

The location was great and within walking distance to most amenities. The apartment was so clean and I enjoyed my stay.

This apartment we stayed in is 4 flights up. It is not a problem if you have small suitcases.

very nice & comfortable right in front of balboa park & cvs across the street for quick necessities planes fly over all day not as loud as I thought being in the top floor definitely was able to sleep parking wasn’t difficult to find right outside private rooftop deck was also nice , got a good view of the park & dtsg good sunset view

I was lost and confused at first to get to my room. no elevator. I had a stroller and it was hard to get to my room.

The only drawback were the stairs that you had to pull to get to the apt. There was no elevator, but that definitely wasn't a deal breaker. We'd stay again.

The location was great. The place was clean and smelled super fresh. Staff were helpful. The private rooftop was pretty cool too. Almost felt like you could touch h the plans as they were landing.

Wish the instructions on this app mentioned that an email would be sent with instructions to get in. Secondly, there were homeless people around and I didn’t feel safe not knowing where to go for a good 10 minutes.

It is a very secured location: you have to get through 3 doors to get to your apartment. It was very fancy once inside and had a comfortable setting.

my friends and i stayed here during twitchcon 2022 and loved our stay. the view was amazing view from our room as well as access to a rooftop with a translucent hut for us to hang out in when it rained and there was even a grill out there we could have cooked on (but forgot about it lol). everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful in getting us to our room. it was about a 20-25 minute (depending on how fast you walk) from little Italy and a very short (probably 15 min) drive from the airport. the only thing i didn’t realize was that in order to have that beautiful rooftop view, we had to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs every day to get to and from our room due to the fact that there were no elevators but that was probably just a lack of proper research on my part. i would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. 🤍

clean contemporary auto locks entrance, Hallway, and room; plus roof top for great open air viewing the stairs worked off all of my delicious Little Italy food.

Only one small minus. Mattress was so soft. For few nights it’s fine,we didn’t feel it,but I think if we stayed longer than three nights, we would feel it the next morning.

The location was nice, other then the planes, but seeing them so close from the roof patio was really cool. The view was great as well, you could see all the way to the marina.
