The room the floors were filthy, and there were big dead water bugs every where, house keeping had to see them why they didn’t sweep them up is beyond me.

The room was hot and muggy and the ac unit was out of date. The room didn't cool off until 3am. I paid more for the room than what it was worth in my opinion. The room had wallpaper peeling off and the women server at the pool was borderline harassing guests all day long. The bartenders and server Ritchie were all awesome though. If you come in the summer prepare to roast in the room. Good tiki themed hotel overall but the room was out of date.

Our room had several defects. The deadbolt on our door didn’t work. The door frame and the door had a gap where light came through. The bathroom sink drains very slowly. The shower faucet is difficult to turn on. The handle sticks. The rooms are drab. The interior needs some work.

The grounds and the pool were excellent. The staff was very friendly, helpful. Ritchie who worked in the Reef Bar is a wonderful plus to the property. He hustled all the days to make sure people were taken care of! The pool and grounds are beautiful. That will bring me back.

Beds were good but the room while being spacious seemed very basic and shower didn't wanna work as I wanted it to. Maintenance guys may wanna fix it. But it didn't bother me as I liked everything else outside the room.

Pool area, pool itself and a hotel vibe- Tiki, Hawaii, green and exotic. Very beautiful both in a daytime and at night with all the lights and fire torches on. Close drive to the strip of Palm springs. A good Mexican restaurant is right next to the hotel. And a cool Tiki bar too. Overall good value for the money.

It’s a beautiful, vintage hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. The pool area is gorgeous and huge, with a nice lawn area for croquet or just hanging out. Plus it’s TIKI!!! What’s not to love 😄

Everything was fine

Room was nice with two queen beds and a good size TV. Everyone there seem respectful toward evening time when they were coming back from the pool not making a lot of noisy talking .

Our room needed TLC, beds were old and not comfortable. Lucky we stayed only one night.

Our sink faucet was a bit jacked up, so it was difficult to regulate between hot and cold water. Also, there was a leak under the sink that we hadn't noticed at first. Unfortunately, it soaked items that we had stowed down there to keep them out of the way.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility was easy to maneuver around, but the room numbers could be a bit larger as it was difficult to see them at nite. The pool area was very inviting and clean. Location was great.

Our room was clean comfortable and spacious with a view of the gardens. Loved being so close to the pool without having to be on a ground floor. The pool temperature was perfect. The staff was extremely kind and helpful too!

Carpet was dirty. Shower handle difficult to use. Warm water was hit or miss depending on how many were using the water at the same time. I would prefer if people would not bring their dogs into the pool!?!

Prices at the bar varied which was confusing, bed wasn’t the comfiest but it was clean and tidy and had a great pool
