I didn't like that you had to check-in at the sister hotel across the road and had no one on site at night. No reception.... when I travel alone, I like staying in places that have a reception or have simeone you can call at night if any issues... The pool long chair could be a bit more comfy..

Some of the rooms do not have adequate light blocking shades/blinds. The heat pumps/ac units are a little noisy. During wet season (not often but while I was there) there is a musty smell in some of the rooms.

The breakfast was very simple - yogurt, fruit and muffins. The location is awesome - very close to downtown, near restaurants and shops. The hotel is very quiet and intimate - only ten rooms. There is a small but very comfortable hot tub and a reasonably sized pool for a small hotel. Their sister property across the street has a highly recommended restaurant with delicious food and amazing ambiance and views. The rooms have coffee makers, microwaves and fridges so you do not have to eat out for every meal.

I didn’t get to stay in the hotel or the suite I reserved. I also was not notified of the change. I feel I was downgraded from what I originally booked.

It was clean and close to downtown, but I didn’t get to stay at the place I booked. I was notified when I arrived.

I could not find the reception at 7p.m. because the administration room was closed.The reception was across the street in their sister location. It would be helpful if the administrator left the notice about the location of reception on the front door of the administration room.

I liked everything especially the pool and jacuzzi.

The K-cups........ I think the staff thinks they are full and ready to use, but not so. I thought I had coffee, but I had used K-cups instead. Big disappointment as I'm a coffee guy and start my day with my coffee. Bummer but not a deal breaker.

The vertical blinds kept falling off rail and no shades on top windows so the outside lights came though into the room. We told the staff so they are aware. Top windows need some shades. Everything else was great!

Location was great, The room was clean and large with a table small kitchen area had a fridge, a great pool and the. complimentary muffins and coffee in the morning was a nice touch .Parking available right outside.

Maybe we were too picky but, the rooms floors and things weren't finished. The shower was nice but, the glass wall was messy and if you put it too hot you had to almost burn yourself to turn the handle. the blinds made it so that people could still see in if they wanted to when shut. Our TV didn't work. We could not figure it out.

We really liked how secluded it was from the sister hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated. View of pool was pretty and refreshing when in it. The beds were super comfortable. AC blew super cold. Gave champagne upon arrival
