Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I have nothing negative to say about my stay or the property.
A great location - very close to MOA & other shopping centers with a short commute to downtown Minneapolis. The property was very clean, and modern looking. I traveled with an infant, and just pulled the sleeper couch up to the bed and it was very convenient. Overall we loved the property & all the amenities and look forward to booking again!

The only complaint is the noise from airport in the morning, it starts at about 7 am.
I have stayed here multiple times and every time I leave very satisfied, it is not the cheapest place to stay but it is always very nice and great service.

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like about the hotel.
Locator breakfast was good, I thought 16.00 dollars a person for breakfast was expensive. A breakfast like that one would usually be included in the price of room.

I didn't like that there wasn't breakfast included with your stay. There was a hotel restaurant but the pricing was high. There also wasn't a hot tub in the pool area.
The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area and work out facility was also nice. The shuttle service to and from the Mall was very convenient.

The breakfast buffet was cold both mornings when we ate at the hotel.

We were not aware that you had to request the cleaning service. We left in the morning and came back to an unpleasant surprise. The phone on one of our rooms was not working and there was no remote control for the TV.
It was clean and well located, the shuttle was a plus.

We honestly had no complaints.
We loved the area, it was close to the mall, restaurants and transportation. The shuttle service was great and the staff gave us great information on what to do and where to eat.

Not a thing!
Everything! It was quiet, clean, comfy-everything we could want. We also ate our evening meal there and the soup was “to die for”! So, so yummy with lots of chicken chunks, veggies, dumplings, and the spices were magnificent plus served with a warm crusty roll! Mmmmmmm! Also had a quesadilla that was loaded with flavor and goodness!! The gal at the front desk was so sweet, too😍

The only thing would be that the pool had a VERY strong smell of chlorine. My son loved playing in the pool but after 30 minutes we had to leave because of the strong smell as it was too strong for him and my newborn baby as well. Had it not been so strong he could’ve enjoyed the pool much more. Also, breakfast I feel should’ve been included in stay.
Everything. The room was spacious and clean. The general manager was extremely nice and accommodating. The pool wasn’t crowded. Parking was very accesible. Location was quiet. Everything was great.

Only one entry. Has a big parking lot having only one entry is hard especially in bad weather and with children.
Location and food were good. Close to the highway, MOA is in walking distance.

The floors in the hotel are hardwood, which makes them cold when you get out of bed, but you know they are way cleaner than carpet, so it is a toss-up. I like clean so maybe not so bad. Just be expected of it, maybe bring slippers if you have cold feet.
The staff was nice. The staff lets you know about the local area restaurants and their hotel restaurant and bar. The room was clean and well taken care of. The bed is comfortable. They are riggt next to the very super quiet (zero noise) blue line of the light rail which takes you to the Mall of America, the Airport, and down town Minneapolis, you can then connect to the green lime to St Paul if you want to. This is the second time we have stayed here. I can say with confidence we will stay again and recommend this hotel 100%.
