Bathroom was a little tired and one of the hot tubs didn’t seem to work.

Amazing location with the most incredible views, this is a good standard of accommodation with comfortable beds, good space and amenities.

When I went down for coffee in the lobby many of the creamers in the container were moldy. I would open them and they were filled with mold. I ruined my morning coffee. 🤢

We would like a fan or air conditioning in our room. We were on the bottom floor so couldn’t leave our windows open. It still was a comfortable temperature though. Also on the bottom floor, cars park on the road by the ocean view rooms destroying the view.

Location is wonderful. Ocean is across the street. Nice restaurant is 3 minutes away walking distance.

When we arrived we noticed that toiletries and cups for the coffee maker were not in the room. In the evening, we couldn't get the heater to work and had to call for assistance. The pilot needed to be relit and it was lit by the manager. Then we couldn't get the television to work. I tried calling the O to reach the front desk but there wasn't an answer. I found out the next day that we needed to call another hotel to speak with after hours. It was posted at the front desk but when we arrived we didn't see this post. The following day, the front desk sent a young man to fix the television. He worked on it and it seemed to work but it was only temporary. We didn't have a television to watch for 3 days. The manager was apologetic and did give us a good discount on the room.

The room with 2 queen beds was a good size. The mini refrigerator and the microwave were in working order. It was a beautiful location on Moonstone Beach!

Fantastic location! We had a ground-level beachfront room, and loved having coffee/wine on the patio and being able to walk out to the beach/boardwalk. Sunsets were fantastic. Room was comfortable and well appointed.

No A/C but this wasn’t a problem for us because it wasn’t overly hot when we were there. We opened the windows and let the ocean breeze fill the space.

The noise from the parking lot and from the cabins next door was a little much sometimes. It would have been nice to have more ice water available in the lobby 24/7 even when it's coffee/tea time (rather than having to buy the water in the room). A couple of times when I was there, the water was gone.

Loved the location next to the beach and so close to the boardwalk. The staff was super-friendly. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I didn't realize the place didn't have AC. They told us to just open the windows and let the air flow. It's safe, I guess, but it might not be enough in the summer.

The location is excellent, offering proximity to the beach, which is perfect for morning walks along the boardwalk. The room is spacious, well-maintained, and provides ample storage, and a convenient restaurant is located nearby. Furthermore, the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient.

My short of a stay i wish it could have been longer

We got there late so we had to go to another location to get our keys. So we didn't talk to anyone. But it was okay but there was no air conditioner until we figured out we had to open a window. But overall it was nice.

I booked for a partial ocean view and they put us in the absolute back room. No view and constant noise from the restaurant next door. No view at all. Planned for 6 months and thought we would feel better about this hotel. We felt like the stepchildren of the hotel.

Room is a little dated. Bathroom shows it. Bathroom fan stopped working. Toilette valve malfunctioned on second day. It keeps running and does not fill.

The floor needed to be mopped and furniture needed to be dusted.. did not smell disinfected. 😷 Wall heater unit needed to be cleaned and dusted. Furniture chipped and looked warn. Bed not made well. I was hoping for clean sheets!😬 I dusted and disinfected all the handles table. Not sure if a cleaning person knows how to clean and disinfect a room. I asked for extra towels and she didn't understand English. Do you train people to use more than one towel to clean a room? The toilet did not look disinfected?? I disinfected as much as I could.

It's just in front of the coast with walking trails. The room feels new and large and lean. Cambria is a quiet town to enjoy.

There were dirty shoe prints in the bathroom, under the bed was dirty, the hot tub was stuck on high bubbles, the AC rattled very loudly, the outlets on the lamps to plug in phone chargers were very loose so my phone charger wouldn't actually make contact.
