Whole trip was great

The people upstairs were super loud

The area was nice

The carpet was filled the no pots and pans that we needed in the shower. Pressure was terrible.

Room was very clean and the staff at the front desk was very nice!

We couldn't get an early check in. We were there for a wedding and we all had to get ready in my cousin's room which was very hectic! The elevator would get stuck, though thankfully not with us in it. The outdoor refreshments was not open. A staff member said it hadn't been open for months. It was VERY hot and unless you brought waters, there wasn't anywhere to get something to drink. They did have snow cones for sale outside.

Beds were very uncomfortable made noise with every move.Also our room was right beside the elevator which was very noisy.

The pools were great for the kids and the the beach was right there. Lazy river was great. Plenty of seating, easy access to the room.

Someone came into the room to repair something that he left a note about. We did not call about any problems in the room. He was in there twice while we were out.

Great location,nice building and walking distance for seafood and coffee personal favorite for me and son while in myrtle beach I loved the suite with booking.com and keyless entry with code super convenient 👌 👍

Location, it was right on the beach and store/restaurants close by. Walking distance to lots of places.

Our room was dirty. The floors felt sandy, the outside of the toilet wasn’t clean, stove top was wasn’t clean, and we had to wash the pots and pan before using because they were dirty. When we asked for more hand towels (which we had to call Vacasa for) the young lady said we had our limits of everything. I mean it’s not like we couldn’t have swapped dirty towels for clean towels.

Great location and view, nice pool, access to streaming services was appreciated, clean room, free parking, nice little kitchenette.

Some of the nonstick cookware was worn out and unusable, and I would have appreciated basic shelf stable pantry ingredients in the home such as sugar or salt. The pillows in the beds weren’t very comfortable. One night the battery died on the door lock to our room, and Vacasa staff took too long to come assist us. It was nearing an hour by the time we finally got access to our room. We also requested a pot to replace the one in the room that was no longer usable due to wear and tear, but it took 3 days to get the pot which made it difficult to use the kitchen and cook for our family members. Vacasa local staff was slow.

We had two queen beds and one with broken upon arrival. The company did not fix it until the next day. I had to keep calling and texting customer service.

Love this location, it's beautiful 😍

Our room could use an update, king bed not comfortable, sofa-bed, you sink to the middle... There is no broom in the room to sweep the sand. We left a night early, we just couldn't get comfortable to sleep... The room with the two beds were very comfortable for the kids.
