I felt the food was over priced. Service was super slow and restaurant was not busy. Our appetizer came out with our meal and i didnt like that. Breakfast buffet was really bad. Food did not taste good at all! I felt like i have had better free breakfasts at hotels. Also the person in charge of the slide does not monitor when people go down. My son got it because someone went down before my son could get out of the way.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean lobby and rooms. Pool and lazy river was amazing! I loved the fact that is was heated. Arcade was fun, lots to do for a family Dinner and drinks tasted good.

I feel like there could be more hooks for towels in the rooms. Some of the music around the property was inappropriate for all ages. Most were fun. Drinks in lazy river pool area were not good.( tried two different ones.) Most of the staff great! Pool area not as friendly and lacked servicing tables.

The location was great! The grandkids upon entering said it was the coolest hotel they ever stayed at! The amenities were awesome. Liked traveling this time of year. Not very crowded and felt comfortable doing activities! ( May have a different opinion in the heat of the summer with more crowds)

I've always loved the tropical feel and decor at the Margaritavilles,but to add that smokey mountain touch was perfect! I did not bring our dogs,but this hotel was all dog and RV oriented, which makes this one of a kind in Pigeon Forge ! There were so many things to do at the hotel,we were never bored and the lazy river was spot on! There were so many bars in there I was never thirsty!The hotel was tucked in away from the hustle of the main street,but still a great location from everything

It was a beautiful property, rooms were spacious and clean. Lots to do on the property. All the food was great, especially the breakfast! Pool, hot tub were nice! I didn’t use the lazy river but it looked nice. Staff were so friendly! We will be going back next year!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation! Cleanest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in and the friendliest staff we’ve ever met! It was our first time stay with but it definitely won’t be our last! We are already planning another trip!

We had dinner one night there and it took super long to get our food and once we got it it really was not very good at all. And it cost us $150 for 4 people to have dinner that was not very good.

Very clean - room cleaning service everyday, which is unheard of recently. Facilities feel new and there are activities every day for the family. The pool and the lazy river were nice.

The buffet breakfest you pay for. The items need to be hotter from the bar and restocked quicker.

The room was very large and well decorated. Great care was taken in the cleanliness department. Great location. Complex was very neat, l highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

No golf cart/scooter rental but really only needed because the rad rod thing was happening and we didn't know ahead of time Wanted to buy blender cups at checkout time and no one could help

Loved the music but need to shut off earlier in evening instead of 10pm. Maybe 8 or 9pm? Just a thought.

Loved pool, hot tub, + lazy river. H20 temp perfect. Rm Xtra large + liked the rug by bed but vinyl the rest of room. Walk in shower very nice. Bed + pillows comfy. View of mtns out our patio beautiful. Felt Xtra special since had to key in pass on elevator to get to our rm. Staff all top notch+ friendly.. Will be returning.
