I reached out to them as soon as we became aware of the problem, but despite our efforts, they were unable to send a technician in time to resolve the issue before the end of your stay. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and I’m truly sorry it was out of my control. We value your feedback and are actively working to ensure this doesn’t happen again for future guests.
