I didn't like that I was there 5 days 4 night & housekeeping never came to see if I needed service. I had to get towels and bed covering from the front desk & change the bed myself.

The room had a lot of room and the bed & pillows were extremely nice

Honestly, for the price, everything was great. The rooms are a good size, they are safe, comfortable, and clean. Also, it was raining and the WIFI still worked great. This really won me over!

The hotel was located in a safe part of town and right down the street from my conference. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The kitchen in the room was great since I had to work from the hotel in the evenings (after the conference ended). Everything I needed was provided in the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The best part was the strong WIFI, since I had to Zoom in the evening for work. There is also a business center if you need to print something out.

It wasn't the cleanest. But I have seen a real clean hotel room since covid. Most hotels have cut out house keeping. Roads around it are terrible, pot holes everywhere

House keeping service was soooooo bad. Shower was held together with zip ties for shower head, Kitchen equipment was total junk and way under equiped . Chair for desk was broken. Main Door was falling off hinge making shutting the door all the way real hard thing to do.

I was there for a week and paid every two days. They took $405 off my account without my permission saying that I was there three days without pay when they would not even allow me to be there a little past check out time before they made me pay for the next night when i went n had a complaint they tried to say that I never paid them and I was stay there for free, like there is anyway possible that they would allow that to happen. So now I am out of $405 and just because I made a complaint, they put me on the trespassing list

There was roaches in the first room we were in. The floor was dirty. There was droppings in the cupboards.

The walls are so thin that I could hear the guests in the next room breathing and coughing. Some of the guests were also running and screaming down the halls late at night but it seems that the night audit did not make their rounds to keep the noise down. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for 14 years, it was a bit much.

The room and bathroom were clean! I didn’t have to worry about cleaning things myself first.

The room had a burnt maple smell. The TV barely worked and the AC didn't work. It was hot all night.

The staff at the front desk were very sweet and friendly. Definitely good customer service skills. Taz had a beautiful smile to her and that's what front desk people need.

The room was a bit humid but overal ok and clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, as there we not much healthy options, sugary yogurt and some fruit that was not particularly tasty. Also, no propper tea options for people like me who do not drink coffee but tea instead.

The hotel was ok, clean and suitable for our short stay. However, because we were visiting on the weekend when Indy500 happened, it was full with racing fans who were noisy and disturbed a bit of our evening sleep.
