Flying insects on the first floor. Looked like termites, not sure. Several in my bathroom and bed. No housekeeping service available. They only service occupied room every 7 days. They were nice enough to move me to another room.

It was very appealing on the outside and inside. The staff was very nice

I couldn't get into my room at first, had to get help from staff. Also noticed a gentleman leave my room before I went in there. I didnt bring it up to staff because I didnt know what was going on.

They charged extra for pets. No where did it say they would charge when it is a pet friendly hotel.

Hot tub and pool area needed to be cleaned pool area opened at 6am there was still towels and trash from the night before

I loved how clean it was and quiet it was. Great area great prices for the suites with the kitchenette was a plus!

Location is convenient and has a nice sports bar behind the 7/11 with a really good burger wings beer on tap and great customer service. Hotel staff made check in a breeze and the hotel is very clean and has all the amenities that you’d need with a restaurant (burger theory) and full bar. I stayed in a king suite with this being my second time staying here was coincidentally booked for the exact same room as my last stay. The bathrooms are clean and beds are comfy highly recommend.

There were minor imperfections all of which were rectified.

The hotel was nice and clean, everyone was friendly especially Alex. My first room on the first floor had some mold in the ceiling and Alex got us moved to the top floor expeditiously without question. The second room was excellent. The pond in the back was great as well as the fire pit. This place is not perfect like any other hotel but I will stay here again when I return. I let the reviews persuade me not to stay here at first but when I arrived at the location I chose instead it was horrid and we ultimately ended here which turned out to be a great decision.

Convenient to highway but otherwise nothing much interesting to walk to around hotel. Road construction at time we visited shut down some of the highway access ramps.

Just a lace to sleep central to both Southern Chicago and Starved Rock where we hiked. Starved rock was worth a visit and was free. Place was clean and bed comfortable. There was a disturbance outside room between guests one night that went on a while.

Clean and new, easily accessible location. On-site bar and restaurant and walking distance to a sports bar. The option to have a kitchen for a longer stay. Very comfortable bed.

My room, 112, was next to the entrance door to the floor. The closing mechanism was so loud that every time someone entered or left the floor, I heard the very loud bang of the door closing.

I had to go through another linked hotel to check in and access the place I was staying.

Very clean, room was spacious. I liked that hotel shared pool and could also pay extra to get breakfast.

I didn't like the fact when arrived. You canceled my reservation after you took (1720 ) from my account. Then I had to call you and wait on hold 55 minutes So there fore, WITH REGRET WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN!!!

The housekeeper walked into our room unannounced. It was before our check out time. The elevator needs maintenance. The paper said 2023 for the inspection date.
