Bathroom had hair on the floor when we arrived. Shower was luke warm every time. Room smelled bad. Windows were very dirty.

A little spendy for so few amenities. Kind of a smell, but again pet friendly tops all for us at the moment!

Pretty clean. Pets were welcome for a small fee! They put us on the first floor close to an end exit which was great since our dogs are skittish! Wish they had a pool, usually for the price there are more amenities. But can't complain when our pets were welcome!

Asking if you need service in your room will be more convenient.

There wasn't a breakfast, but you can choose to prepare any meals in your room that makes me feel happy because l am a good cook . Secondly They have free coffee aside that can warm you up. Thirdly their GEM also helps to stay active.

I called and booked room, they gave me a confirmation for a King bed for about a $100.00, when I checked in I was told they have sold out of king rooms. They could give me a room with 2 queen beds and it was almost $40. 00 more. I was already there with family and friends so I just dealt with it. That was the part I was not happy at all especially it was my first time and I usually deal with Expedia, so much easier and no issues.

First time staying at this hotel, really enjoyed my visit. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

I needed a first floor room but since I came in late, I didn't get one. You should be able to reserve specific rooms.

One of the rooms had sort of a strange smell, and we also noticed a lot of stains on the curtains around the air conditioner.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable for all of my guests. The convenience store downstairs was great, especially when we just needed a few snacks. They also had free coffee available, which was a big win with me and all my guests staying with us.

I really don't have any complaints other than the fact that it was hard to find the staff. When we did find them they were lovely. I think they may have been short staffed and training someone new.

The room was large and very clean. It was also the most pet-friendly hotel I've been to. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and everything was clean (and in the dishwasher) when we arrived.

Last time I stayed there the staff told me they were expecting an upgrade in the facility and the price would go up. I was very surprised nothing had been done. The elevator made so much noise it was awful. I didn't feel safe. The carpeting generally was old and needed replacing. I think supervision should be had as my floor-3rd-always smelled like pot and there is NO SMOKING. The room was fine but I understood from previous stay that accessible meant a higher toilet and bars to get into tub. It wasn't and I managed. I think when remodeled access should include the above in any room specified.

Generally speaking I really like the staff and the rooms. I have been there a couple times before this.

The elevator sounds terrible. Outside the elevator doors was an overflowing garbage can. The rooms were gross. The drawer fronts were falling off in the kitchenette. The doors to enter the rooms and the bathroom doors were filty. There was leftover food in the cabinets and someone else's underwear sticking out from under the bed.

The location was fine and the front desk staff were friendly.
