Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI had a one bedroom suite but the bed seemed to be almost too big for the room. It was a tight space-could barely open the closet door or move around the bed. Also, there was a little bit of dog hair in the side chair in the living area.

United Statesheating/cooling unit didn’t work in 2 rooms
The heating/cooling unit didn’t work in the room I was given. I was moved to another room and the heating/cooling unit didn’t work in that room either and there were no other rooms available. I asked the front desk if they had an fan and they said they do but it has to stay at the front desk so I had an awful night with very little sleep. Also the curtains don’t close all of the way so there’s a sliver of light that leaked through making the room fairly bright all night. I talked to the manager and she gave me a slight discount but I didn’t think it was a satisfactory amount. I will not stay there again.
