We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms have been renovated and are very nice. The hallways have not been renovated and are pretty dingy but the staff is amazing and so are the rooms. I would definitely stay there again

United StatesI booked a room for 2 nights almost 300$ just to be told the address on my id was to close they couldn't give me a room are you kidding that's a lot of money to be told my address was to close and she was even a little snooty about it so I'm out my money and didn't get a room it's insanity and just ridiculous that should definitely be disclosed ib adavnced especially for those parents who want a few nights away and to stay close for emergencies

Housekeeping kept knocking until we had no choice but to check out. Will NOT Recommend hotel to anyone. In fact, we will tell everyone about your hotels antics.

Nothing about mash up was disclosed while making reservations.otherwise would not have reserved room here. Also weird refurbishment. Passive aggressive maid knocked 2 times in 15 minutes for us to leave. Room not ready when we arrived. Room and hall thresholds hard to get wheelchair over. Reserved mobility accessible. Both times told roll in shower, but was not. Both times not given ADA mobility accessible Room. NOT!!! I don't believe that weird mash up hotel has accessible rooms at all. Would tell friends NOT TO GO THERE!!!!!! Thank for nothing weirdos!

United StatesCustomer service! Got there at 2;30 no rooms ready told to come back at 3. Came back at 3 I paid for queen suite but got a double room the keys didn’t work. One of the associates were on the 5th floor and was nice enough to let us in the room. Had to go back to desk to get our keys corrected, another person had same issue ( given a different room and keys didn’t work). The lady at the front desk was kinda rude and short with us because we came back right at 3 to check in and it was time for her to leave. Her replacement was nice.

United StatesGetting in the main door requires passing a pack of smokers hanging out at all hours and the inside of the property still has smelly hints of inside smoking. Room had a pass-thru door that let through loud TV noise from the next room.

Staff were very friendly at the front desk and sincerely apologetic about the many problems we encountered. Nonetheless, there was NOT good communication between different shifts or days, because the follow-up promised did not happen.
