Did not like hat the Door to the Room was hard to open. There was no Shower Curtin in the Tub and the Water was running cold. The Mattress was defiantly to soft for us.

**All opinions and not really cons.** When arriving, there were a lot of people, in my opinion, at 11:30ish at night walking and roaming around and sitting in the hallway. Initially, it made me feel uneasy since the reviews did have a lot of negative things to say. The hallway could use some TLC. The elevator was on the slow side, wasn't there long enough to make a stair trip use, but a second elevator for there would probably help guests also. We were rarely alone on an elevator, so I am sure it would be nice to those staying for longer peiods would appreciate it when the hotel is on the busy side. The room does need to be updated, the rolling chair was tattered and torn useable still we only used it to hold our stuff anyway, and the carpet was shredded at spots with some stains. As well as in the bathroom was large, but the cabinets were pretty scratched up, and there was only one trash can in the whole room. Which I mean if you expect a hotel stay or extended stay might be disappointed if you expect some sort of high level experience or room quality. Overall, my husband and I were pleased for the room, beds, location, staff, and price. We felt it was fair since it did offer a lot and had a lot more pros for us than any type of actual con. Did not utilize the breakfast, as well as the pool was not opened while there, so I can not give an opinion on that.

We didn't stay long, but the room would have been comfortable for a longer stay also. The beds were cozy, and the shower water was hot. I was honestly nervous after reading google reviews. I expressed concern and asked to see the room we were assigned to prior to actually paying for the stay. The front desk assistant was really kind and she allowed it. She seemed prideful and confident in the room, so that also made me feel hopeful while going up in the elevator.(Please, if this is against policy, disregard the actions and allow it. Or based off of reviews I wouldn't have stayed here with my family.) In the room, the beds were made, clean with no stains, a large closet, a desk/table area, working tv, working AC, the fridge was on (full-sized fridge), the microwave worked(didn't need to use the stove top portion or dishwasher), and the bathroom had towels as well as toilet paper. Parking was nice, in a lit area also and easy to find a place. Check out was easy, and the lady at the counter was sweet. The maintenance man held the elevator for us when seeing my family heading towards there. He was super kind also and gave a nice brief conversation. Staff was really great overall and was pleased with the weekend stay. As well as knowing there was a decent amount of dogs staying there (I counted about 8 visually), we rarely heard any noise so the rooms did muffle a lot of outside sound.

The room is soaking with cigarette smell without even some deodorizer. Everyday I wake up I am covered with bed bug bites and it's very itchy and uncomfortable. 😭

Paid for Breakfast, No Breakfast.Just Coffee and muffins. The beds could have a comforter and more decent sheets. The bed itself was comfortable. For the price of the room it was not worth it. Lets put it like this, I left and went to buy Sanitizer and disinfectant to clean around us. It was filthy dirty on the door knobs, Table, Remote, and bathroom area. The Towels in the bathroom were dingy and not the softest. The room looked like it was quickly cleaned. Lamps were broken, The Window curtains had Smoke burns in them. There was tape on the walls from the customers before us and you could tell it was quickly wiped down. I didn't want to miss my nephews Birthday so I opted to pay for the room to be closer to them. When it said Breakfast provided, it was a BUST :( This Hotel could be more up to date and modern for where the location is and the price. The customer service was descent and polite. When I asked about the Breakfast the Manager gave me a smirk 😏 and said, We don't serve breakfast it's more like a grab N Go,Coffee and muffin.

Door was hard to latch so I was glad I had the dead bolt and safety bar when I was there. I had to push on door to be sure it was latched when I left. No places to relax outside. No coffee pot or ice bucket inside room Uncomfortable bed.

Expected more of breakfast for the price paid for one night. Mini muffins we had to look for, the rest was instant grits or oatmeal. Mattress was way too soft. No ice bucket to get ice in. Nothing to warm up water to make tea or coffee. Only one elevator, and it was going very very slow

There was no breakfast! The pool was being serviced; was told it would be available 24-48 hours, and that was a lie (closed our entire stay). Our room was missing a phone and a knob off of the stovetop.

there was some minor details needed to be fixed for example no trash can in the room, blind rod was not available so curtains were open at all times. At check-in hotel smelled like marijuana. Beds were very small, probably full size beds with no sofa bed. Hotel was understaff, we went to ask for trash cans, the lady said she was cleaning rooms working the front desk and cleaning the hotel.

The area of the hotel was great, the size of the room was great. The lady that greet us in the first night was really nice and very welcoming.
