Every thing was good. Nothing I didn't like.

I did not realize the rooms had full kitchens, so this was a pleasant surprise. They are obviously set up for extended stay guests.

Maintenance details, ie loose plugs, peeling mirror frame, shower that shut itself off, curtain that wouldn't close (we clipped it shut with ball point pens) beds were too big for the room space and WAY too high for short people. Pillows too fluffy? Key cards were hesitant, floor strip between carpet and tile was too tall, especially if walking barefoot. Small details can sour the stew!

A/C is loud. Cycles are too far apart(from almost a little stuffy to really cold. Compared to our home a/c. Need a recliner in the room(more relaxing). Be nice to have ice machine centrally located not in fridge.

Each time we left the property, our keys were deactivated. We would return and try to enter the room but the keys didn’t work so we had to go back downstairs to get the keys reactivated.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well equipped. The location is easy to find and there are a few food options within walking distance.

For the price we paid, there wasn't any breakfast included. There was only 1 nightstand to our room. After midnight- people being loud at the pool, groups in the parking lot drinking by their vehicles, sitting on tailgates. We got to the hotel midnight and couldn't park in the back due to this, and limited parking in the front. Don't know if this happens often but we could hear them due to our room being by pool.

We liked the location. The room had a kitchenette.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard. I woke up often because my back was hurting.

The most comfortable beds!!!!!!! Front desk guy was so accommodating and nice. I love that check out is at 12 noon. Room was spacious and loved the bathroom.

Roach issue.

The rooms and hotel were clean but they have a roach problem. There were traps set up and when we entered the bathroom they all came out. We asked to move and they did give us another room but will never stay again.

the bed and the toiletries in the bathroom, the toiletries were extremely minimal.

The queen bed was smaller than i though it would be and hard as a rock which resulted in a bad nights sleep. I have never slept in such a hard bed at a hotel, my husband agreed, neither of us slept well.

It took 45 minutes to ck in due to couldn’t find my confirmation agreement with booking.Com-my truck was vandalized along with two other truck that were 20’ from hotel entrance at 9:20pm- approximately 1500.00 of damages on my trk- no housekeeping - I stayed there 7 days n had to go get towels to finish the week- throw my own trash- no complimentary breakfast like most other hotels similar - etc…..

Next to Sonic- employees were nice n apologetic

The room was spacious and I loved the kitchen area. My family enjoyed the room and activities that were close to the hotel.

The hotel just seems very outdated. The room smelled like someone's dog peed in the carpet. There were other issues that the staff took care of as I reported them. The management was amazing. The hotel just needs to be updated for the amount of money that is being charged. The pictures aren't a true reflection of the appearance of the room . It felt like a baiit and switch. I was going through a hard time in my life and really needed to get away and couldn't bother to complain for the sake my mental health.

The quietness of the hotel. The accommodations were great.
